Morgan itelf is stunning and beach is out of this world with bars shops and restaurants. hotel is lovely,3 pools and fab splash park area for little ones with comfy loungers. kids club and mini disco is great but my 5 year old just wants to play in pool with us. just had 5€ pizza from pool bar very yummy. rooms are spacious with massive balcony, friendly staff always happy to help. love this place and we dont want to leave on monday..only downside is transfers from airport it 1hr 45 but taxi is 35 mins, definitely come back..!!
Absolutely perfect
on 13/07/2017 19:46The welcome we received at receptio was first class, our room was on the 9th floor which was a bit of a trek but it turned into a game for the kids leading us on an expedition to our room, so it wasn't an issue! The apartment was very clean, had plenty for us to cook from and the view was spectacular. The pools and splash park were brilliant and I was delighted to see towels being removed from beds hat were reserved! Mogan itself is beautiful and we had great fun exploring it and the many brilliant places to eat, the supermarket across the road is ideal and well priced. We also used the spa which was well priced and gave us both some time to ourselves. Lastly, a huge thank you to the amazing kids club team (Gabi, Djamarah, Maxine and the Tiger Man!) who all made our kids holiday "the best ever". I'd highly recommend here and we are already looking at booking again.

Only complaint really was the service in the hotel is really slow so not sure how this would be in peak season?
Friendly family hotel in a nice resort
TS8484on 12/07/2017 16:35Stayed for 4 nights while visiting from tenerife - it's a sprawling resort so there maybe a bit of walking and a few lifts to get to your room. Rooms are very big - huge balcony and well equipped. Great choice of pools and the splash park is excellent for smaller children. We used the pizza bar one day - very friendly staff and good value food. Overall we had a great stay - good choice of food at the buffet, friendly staff and nice location.
I think areas for improvement - bathrooms are a bit dated, towels a bit old - some marked some had holes and evening entertainment!
Same songs at the kids disco every night, and then poor professionals and karaoke that was just terrible (badly setup)!
Also another thing we found inconvenient is the time frames for dinner - we normally eat between 7 and 8:30 but the slots were 6:00 -7:45 (had to be out by 7:45) and 8:15-late.
All in all a good stay.

Jenny Lon 12/07/2017 10:08Stayed late June/early July with husband and 7 year old. Room was comfortable (bit warm - shell out for the air con if you can't sleep in heat), facilities were great, staff friendly.
Highlight for me was the cleanliness, comfort and fun of the three pools! We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't provide any insight there, but others I spoke too said it was good.
WiFi worked really well for us through the complex, from our room all the way down to the pool. Quite impressed with that!
We stayed in block F which is the highest block above the South Pool, and it was fine, with a view of the old town and a bit of the sea, but you do get a bit of noise from the bar across the street when there is karaoke/singing until 23:00. Not a nuisance as such, but if you prefer quiet try the north pool end. We will do that next time we stay for the change, I would like to have the view of the stunning valley!
