9th July to the 23rd July 2017. Just got home from 2 weeks very enjoyable holiday at Isabel in Puerto Del Carmen, my partner and I.
Good clean basic apartments .
Very good value for money.
Staff very helpful, cleaner was around most days if you needed anything.
Nearby was a good little supermarket.
And 5 mins walk to the front with shops and bars and of course the beach.
The pool was okay at the apartments but would not be suitable for small children due depth.
The walk back is up a slight hill, if you are not the best at walking may not be for you other than that great we loved and would go back again.
Bus stop at on the front takes you most other places on the Island, nice cheap easy way to get around.
On the beach worth the 12 euro for 2 beds and a sun brolley

My parents stayed here and found it to be a great location, with helpful owners, with a convenient shop just nearby the apartment. It was also close to Puerto del carmen. They have said they will stay there again. It was furnished and finished nicely and was good value. Over, they said it is very good.

Cheap and cheerful - perfect location

Everything you need for a family or couple break. Basic apartments but very clean and just what we needed. The best part is the location only a very short walk to the bars and restaurants and the beach. Slight incline so maybe not good if in a wheel chair but apart from that would definitely go back here again. Also were very accommodating on the last day as we didn't fly until late in the day and where possible let us stay in our room until they really needed to sort for new people coming.

Good base for the £ - few upgrades

We stayed here for 1 week in feb 2017. Cheap taxi from the airport- good handy location in the centre of the resort.
There where no staff present on our arrival- a welcome note with the apartment number was left on the stairs.
Apartment was clean but a little dated- it had everything you needed an oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle etc. Though we found our oven to be tempermental (not to worry though as we enjoy eating out). There was washing up liquid etc provided which was a bonus. A few fixtures and fitting could do with an upgrade our sofabed was broken underneath- we managed without as there was just the 2 of us.
The shower was nice and hot at all times.

I didnt find the cleaning up to scratch whilst we where there. Seen the maid once- Our room was never cleaned- no bed changed throughout our stay- the cleaner left fresh towels once whilst we were heading out- but where able to grab another change from the reception when we needed. The pool wasnt cleaned either the entire stay-so i wouldnt recommend if you desire a lovely pool hliday- but perhaps as it wasnt peak season.

I guess people shouldnt pay cheap prices and expect luxury- it would be a good place to use as a base to explore the resort.

We only spotted a receptionist on our last day and she rung us a taxi for our transfer- we did get told off for not handing in our passports (it is hard to know this is expected when no staff are there- and we were never advised to do so)

Wouldnt book again personally- but would not miss a good deal if you are looking a bargin break.

My mum visited these apartments and really enjoyed them. The apartments were very spacious and cleaned regularly. Valentina is a star and the staff are lovely .
My mum has walking difficulties and we did not realise the apartments were at the top of a steep road. It took her 30 minutes to walk to the sea and she had to get a taxi back - I believe other visitors have dubbed it 'Cardiac HIll'.
All in all, a very pleasant stay and well worth the money however, my mum wouldn't be able to visit again. I definitely would though.
