We stayed at this hotel for a week all inclusive and thank goodness we only stayed for one week!! This hotel has got to be one of the worst ones we have ever stayed in!! The staff were so rude especially in the restaurant the cleaners would just walk into your room without no consideration and the pool turned your clothes yellow!! My son spilt his drink by accident and the waitress gave us a dirty look rolled her eyes and left us to clean it up ourselves with paper napkins!! The food was disgusting and no variety our son lived off chips and bread!! For what we paid this is totally unacceptable! We were just lucky there were nice restaurants near by!! We paid more to go all inclusive so we didn't have to spend much when we were there but we spent a lot more Because the food was awful!! The all inclusive starts at 10.30 until 10.30 which is awful this hotel was more about making money than anything else! There was no air con in the rooms which made it unbearable to sleep and the towels and bedding were not changed once! The splash pool which was the thing that sold this holiday to us hasn't even been started on yet which is false advertisement! The only thing that we could not fault was the kindness of Zoe and Emily they were brilliant with our son and Zoe came to speak to him everyday she made a lot of effort with all the parents and she knew the children's names which I thought was fantastic and she made the poolside for kids fun!! Overall I would never put this hotel as a 3 star it's more like a 2 star at a push!! I never write reviews because I feel everyone is different and make their own holidays brilliant in different ways but I felt I had to with this one as it was shocking and is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! Think management needs to look at their staff and how they are treating holiday makers and they need to do more of an all inclusive buffet

Nice facilities

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Lots of steps around the complex but wasn't a problem to us. Nice walk down to the seafront and good cardio exercise on the way back!

Would return!!

I stayed in Los Alisios for 10 days with my family. The Hotel was very nice, staff were friendly and the room was cleaned regularly and towels were changed.
However we spoke to numerous people who said the all inclusive was not worth it (I was self catering)

•Kids can have ice cream for 1 hour an day 3:45-4:45 and can only have 1
•Most drinks aren't included such as Some cocktails
•1 drink at a time per person
•food has 3 parts so you can't eat all day

The shop shuts at around 23:30 but the bar at 00:00

The hotel is in a nice place not so close to any bars where there is noise but ok as it's only a 15 minute walk down to the beach where all the bars are, if you walk in the day takes about 25 because of heat would recommend getting a cab, I had a bar called bojangles recommended to me, not on the main beach but if you type it into maps etc you will find it, very nice bar,

Mini market is quite cheap, has all the things you need. Would say you are better buying 1.5 litre bottles of drinks etc as works out a lot cheaper
Entertainment is ok some days (Better for the French)

However very nice all round stay!!!

One to avoid I'm afraid!!!!!! (Long review but worth it if you are thinking of going).

Visited for 2 weeks at the start of August with partner & daughter and decided to go all inclusive (big mistake) we should have looked at all the reviews before we booked and gone self catering or bed & breakfast as we could not fault the breakfasts, something for everyone including full English, pancakes, fresh fruit, fresh meats and pastries. Lunch & dinner however were a different story, more fish dishes than anything else and we had to eat out 6 times during the 2 weeks stay for dinner & 4 times for lunch. Yes the all inclusive is advertised for atleast 12 hrs a day but finishes at 10:30 pm but the bar then stays open till 11:30 pm but the tropical bar advertised open till midnight but we were always ushered out approx at 10:20 pm every night when the entertainment had finished.
The room was massive and could not fault the cleanliness and the maid service was exceptional and changed the towels every time we asked apart from 2 occasions where they just hung up the dirty towels back on the wall.
Only air con in room is a ceiling fan but advertised that you can hire a fan from reception for €6 a week but when asked at reception told €30 for the week (Hmmmmmm not good!!!!) had to sleep with bedroom windows & patio door open which created a nice through breeze.
Pool ok but not enough parasols for all the sun loungers and we had parasol stolen from our sun lounger on 4 occasions but the fabulous entertainments team got us one though and we eventually worked out that if we hung a bag on it, it wasn't touched (result!!!).
Talking about the entertainment, Zoe & Emily from the Thomas Cook team were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING (even though we booked with Jet2 holidays) they started at pool side @ 10 am every morning apart from Friday's and they kept the kids well entertained as well as some of us adults by getting us to join in with water polo and water volley ball.
French animation team however were a different story, yes they tried to get the English involved in their quizzes but would not accept our answers and when challenged we got told "My game my rules" which has resulted in an email to their bosses.
The hotel staff were all really friendly and ones to mention are Valentin (restaurant), Manolo (reception) and finally Marina (pool bar) who were ones that stood out so much that we mentioned them in our customer survey form when we left.
Hotel itself is good but the kids splash pool is advertised on their website as "Available in summer 2017" but when we were there it was just the concrete foundation that had been finished and I doubt it will be ready for summer 2018 to be honest. The main pool is quite small but gets the sun for about 7 hrs a day so pretty good.
Hotel is only about 15 min walk down to beach but all up hill on the way back but only costs about €5-6 for a taxi back.
Kids ice creams for all inclusive only available from 3pm-4pm not good enough with the temperatures that we experienced.
On one occasion we got old by the security guard to go to our rooms at 5 past midnight which was absolutely shocking as the french were still there till 2am playing pool.
One downside is smokers as there is no designated smoking areas and when we were eating in the bar area we had to move away due to it and on sun loungers with children and babies about people were smoking around them.
Free bus to beach at 10am & 11am every day & picks up at 3pm & 5pm back to hotel.
