Watch out for the extras
Mike Eon 23/06/2017 07:12Having been dropped of on a main road,and the transfer driver not knowing where the hotel was,and being sent in the wrong direction we got there.having to pay £100 deposit and then having to pay for bedding and towels came as a bit of a shock.if you were on a tight budget that could have eaten in to it.
Hotel very clean and tidy no kettle so you had to boil water on the hob in a saucepan.
LLoret looks as through its dying empty shops and hotels ever where.
Hotel is up a steep hill but ok when you get there nice pool.
Fab apartments, clean & superb staff
james mon 10/06/2017 12:48At first when you arrive I was a little hesitant, but I was completely wrong. Lovely, large spacious apartments, extremely clean and had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Small but adequate swimming pool which had enough sunbeds and a pool bar and restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful , always going that extra mile. I highly recommend these apartments.
No facilities
cottagepieron 29/06/2016 22:46Not a good start, We arrived late at night our transfer bus couldn't drive to building leaving us to walk and find in dark, reception was closed, we were informed that we had to pay a deposit €120 to get key. Lucky we had the cash. Swimming pool really small and in the shade by 4, not really suitable for families. Lots of stag/hen type groups. Very noisy at night. Never felt comfortable.
Awful apartments
henns2000on 22/05/2016 22:30Accept these were cheap apartments but this is probably the worst place I have ever stayed. €50 deposit per person for a lot of unreasonable conditions, €3 per person for a set of bed sheets and a towel were just 2 of the initial issues. Pool was filthy, room smelt funny, shutter in one of the rooms was broken and no curtains so you were awake at sunrise and the shower was broken. Don't expect any help on a Friday as the reception is closed which also means no bar for drinks (vending machine also broken), food or access to their pool table.
Poor poor poor
Kevin Pon 22/05/2016 16:53Please don't waste your money staying here, yes it's cheap but just pay the bit extra to go somewhere else. We arrived mid morning and was told we couldn't check in until 4pm, which was fine so we asked to leave our bags somewhere, we were showed to a room which was a toilet, the floor was dirty and full of rubbish, not somewhere I'd like to keep my luggage. When we checked in we ended up having to pay 50 euros per person deposit for the room, on the website it 120 euro deposit. Then we get told we have to pay for bedding and towels, wasn't told that at anytime but apparently it's in the small print! So before we had made it to the room we had paid out nearly 350 euros between the five of us. Finally got to our room and was dirty and very run down, the glass in doors and windows rattled every time someone shut a door in the complex. We had half a toilet roll between five grown men, was to much effort to get some more so ended up buying some from local shop, haven't a problem with buying it but shouldn't have to really! The bar, well can you call it a bar, one selection of lager, if you don't like lager then you won't be drinking, a few soft drinks on offer out of the fridge. On the second day of our stay the reception/bar area was closed all day so couldn't get a drink or anything as there was no staff on site. The pool is small and hadn't been cleaned, the sun loungers are white plastic with no cushion or anything and half of them were broken. All in all the hotel is very poor in all aspects. Yes it's cheap but you really do get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get somewhere else.
