No pool! Not a hotel, these are simply apartments, full stop

Should have done my homework but on google there are pics of a santa anna 11 hotel with a pool, so I was very disappointed there wasn't one. In fact there's not really anything. No bar, restaurant or even public toilets, just a reception desk and two vending machines.

The room itself was fine, no kettle or toaster though as they are too dangerous?? No oven, no towel changes unless you pay, take your own rubbish out, clean your own room. Hoping to get my 120 euros back. This should not be advertised on a holiday website where I found it as it is not a holiday hotel, it's not even a hotel.

The reception is only 24 hours during July and August other wise it is only open from 9am-11am and then 4pm to 8pm which is not good if you arrive out of those hours which we did- 2pm. We had to wait 2 hours to check into our rooms. The emergency telephone numbers do not get answered and there wasn't even a toilet my son could use while we waited.

I did check out trip advisor prior to booking as I usually do, although I didn't scrutinize the pics for a pool, I googled it. There are many good reviews for this hotel but wish someone would have written plainly that there is NO POOL! So I am doing this. Didn't stop us from having a great holiday, beach, shops, bars, etc all close by and would definitely return to Llorett just not this hotel.

Booked a family holiday Monday to Friday April 24/28th .. 1 bed apartment was 2 small for 4 people 1 baby .. upgraded to 2 bed apartment for a small fee and omg I'm glad I did .. the apartment was clean spacious and had a massive terrace for my 18 month old to run about in .. rooms were very clean and tidy but basic .. you take your own rubbish to the bin and cleaning supplies are there for you to use yourself . Just like being at home really no housekeeping it's an apartment .
The reception staff are lovely speak fluent English had no problems at all and they are very helpful and can accommodate any circumstances .
You have to leave a 120 euro refundable deposit (had no problem getting it back at 2.30 in the morning check out ) and although there is basic blankets provided I paid for extra towels and sheets it cost me about 16 euro for 5 of us for 5 days .. all in all I can not fault this hotel at all .. it was lovely a pleasure to stay there for basic home from home .. I give them 4 star rating .. I'd give them 5 star but neighbouring hotel don jaun gets pretty noisy on some nights which is not santa Anna's fault ..

Positives
Staff are very friendly and professional and speak English
Central location, next to bus station, shopping and super markets
Close to lloret and fenals beach
Apartment is new and hence clean

Negatives
Very basic apartment. If you are planning to cook, very few utensils
No bed linen and towels provided and was not mentioned in the listing
Blankets were smelly
WiFi is exorbitant. €5 per device per day.

Others
From the bus station come onto the main road and take a left. You'll see a big super market Miro. Apartment is next to that.
From Blanes, bus will take you direct to lloret bus station

I booked this apartment for a break away for myself and boyfriend. When we arrived at the apartments the block of apartments were closed down. I see on this site that people are booking this apartment. They will be distraught when they find out their money is taken and they are left with no accommodation as this is what happened to us. Am trying to get my money back at the moment and it is proving very difficult. We were distraught and not the better of it since....

Very nice place, cheap, and really nice staff!

Me and 3 other 18yearold friends stayed there for a week, the house was comfortable with a nice balcony, no problems if we wanted to bring someone home or if we came back late in the night. The staff was always nice and they give us back all the money we gave them as a deposit (50€ each person, but we had it back so no problem).
It was way better than I expected for that cheap price!
