Kieran Con 04/08/2014 17:06Extremely noisy from continuous car traffic all night from street outside.No air conditioning in 30 degree temperatures. Avoid this place. It's a pity because the rooms are specious and the facilities are adequate

Nice and clean bathroom.
Big and bright room.
Negative:
Dirty hallway and dirt in the corner. We didn't get our room cleaned during our stay.
Dirty blankets with stains on it.
The bedroom was located directly to a very trafficated street, so you would expect windows with better noise cancellation. Unfortunately this was not the case.
Breakfast was included in our stay, but we had to go to another hotel across the street to consume it.
No service.
Valuable hotel
Kei Son 27/02/2014 11:43Actually we are pleasant to stay at the hotel! But herewith some suggestions for the hotel :
1) Found the beds & pillows are too soft that will make people not sleeping so well
2) Suggest to add one more LACE curtains in front of the blackout curtains, therefore, it can avoid the sunshine in the daytime
3) The light at room is not bright enough even switched on all the lights at room!
4) Think hair dryer should be needed per room
Budget apartment nearby the fair
Reise-Profion 16/03/2012 09:52The property is located at the very busy Kaiserdamm (not in a residential area) close to the fair. Due to the situation that the apartments have simple glas windows the noise from the street is annoying. The apartments are ok and have lots of space, small bathroom without an hairdryer (can be requested from reception). Small kitchenette butwith loud fridge. We switched it off.
Front desk is only working Mo-Fr till 18:00h. So when you have a problem then you have to phone. They offer a small breakfast room with a buffet which is ok for the price of € 9,90.
WIFI available but its not free, they charge € 2,- per hour.
So in comparison to the price its ok when you accept the noise.

Also front desk facilities during the weekend and daily after 6pm, non existent.
Avoid if possible.
