Grimy Denzien of Despair
Alex Hon 01/07/2017 16:01Sometimes you book in a rush. You get to a town, and just need a place to stop. We had stayed at a perfectly reasonable Adagio Aparthotel in Brussels and in Marseille and both were lovely, however, this was truly horrible. It felt like a prison. It was essentially a student apartment block (and a horrid one at that) which was stupidly taken over by a conglomerate hotel chain who should know better. They're clearly not proud of it! We were thoughtlessly 'upgraded' to a room which was just bigger by virtue of having another bedroom which we weren't ever going to use. The bathroom was grimy, the bedroom was grimy, the lobby was grimy and we were told to double lock our bicycles in case of theft! Great. Please, do better. There must be other rooms for you in Lille!
Clean, decent, affordable
Anıl Yon 01/05/2017 21:28I stayed here alone in a studio. It was calm, clean, provided everything. It is quite close to the city center (walking distance), has its own parking and a parking right across the street. I was happy overall.
Cheep and cheerful
Paul Mon 22/11/2016 18:58This was ideal for us, close to the centre and all amenities. (A little walk but not too far) parking was good and safe. Ask the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was OK, sliding door on the bathroom didn't work to well (hard to close) but didn't bother us. Room was cleaned every day. Good value as was very cheep. Breakfast was OK with cereals and bread/toast and hot drinks etc. All in all, we were happy with it but don't expect the Ritz.
quiet place at night
betsheanon 23/10/2016 22:10I found this place to be quite clean, quiet at night and with a comfy bed and nice kitchenette area to microwave and boil food.The air conditioner was a little too loud or slightly annoying at night - but the maintenance man was quickly at and come and turn it off - as this required getting on a chair. I chose not to have breakfast as apparantly this would have been something like 8 euros and I preferred to pick something up along the way to sightseeing.

not enought a power socet, only one neare the bad and one there the TV.
Realy small place in bath for staf, no place to put a personal staf.
