Ethelm81on 30/07/2017 19:46Good location if you don't mind a few steps! A little bit of wear and tear noticeable! Very close to station! 😀Early check in possible which was a bonus! Great that the room had a kitchenette and well resourced! Staff were friendly and were happy to help out!

Accommodation was ideally placed short walk from Casino Square. However, felt it needed updating. There was a shortage of plug sockets. None in separate very small kitchen, which meant needed to boil kettle on dinning table, and moving back and forth to make hot drinks. No mirror in main bedroom so wife and daughter had to do make up in hall where large main mirror. No occasional side tables to put drinks on whilst sat on settee. Wardrobe space great. However stayed in apartment for 6 with 3 people.
Rooftop pool was great and never busy apart from on Sunday.
Despite those comments a wonderful holiday.
Terrible apartments!
Karol Von 08/06/2017 12:25The worst wi-fi ever and bathroom needing major repairs. We had problems with the tub. Scary decoration with visible signs of the age. Doesn't look as clean as the pictures.
Very poor experience... Disappointing!
Great location for sightseeing.

davidgX650KRon 24/05/2017 23:26The reception desk was polite and very helpful, especially Anna. We were happy to communicate with them. The room was large, with balcony and well maintained. The location is great, close to the train station; seven minutes walk from Casino.
Great Value For Money!!
Robert Glen Con 10/04/2017 10:44There are both pros and cons for this hotel. The biggest con is the location. The hotel is perched on a series of sometimes very steep switchbacks leading precipitously down to the front, and as I have severe problems walking it was a taxi every time there and back.
That was really the only complaint.
The staff were superb, kind, friendly and very helpful. I had a studio apartment, which was bright and roomy. As with other aparthotels, cleaning of the room is minimal unless you choose to order it specifically (and pay for it), but new towels were freely available from the front desk. There is a swimming pool in the hotel (which I didn't have time to explore), but again towels could be had from the front desk.
The breakfast was continental buffet style, with a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses and fruit, and really plentiful. A definite plus for those who like to start the day with a good breakfast
As I was there on business with a congress down on the seafront, the taxi was not a problem. However for those who are hale and hearty and like imitating mountain goats on the way back up, you'll love the total experience!!
