Perfect location great value

Even better that it was really well priced!
Pay parking 100m walking distance.
If we could stay in this type of apartment throughout Germany - we would not hesitate.
Highly recommended from us.

LaurenStefanellion 19/10/2016 21:18Boy did we feel pampered at this apartment hotel! As other reviewers have said, it is magnificently located, brand new, immaculately clean and a great value. High-end features throughout: generous room sizes and great modern design, washing machine, very large bed, extra-long tub, heated towel rack, unbelievable view onto the Frauenkirche and square, yet quiet because of being in a pedestrian area and insulating windows. Restaurants and convenience store right below on the square.
Hard to top this one.
Perfection in the heart of the city

The location cannot be better with the perfect view at the Frauenkirche and the surrounding square. On the other hand, the only slightly negative thing is the noise from the street, but if you're okay with that, you'll love the Aparthotel anyway.
We were nicely suprised with the equipment of the hotel apartements. There are modern spacious rooms, washing machine in the bathroom and fully equiped kitchen, therefore the apartments of the Aparthotel Altes Dresden are perfect for longer stay.
We also booked a breakfast which was served in the restaurant nerby the hotel. There was a variety of possibilities to choose from - everything from fresh fruit, croissants to scrambled eggs. It was satisfying.
Location is super!
AnnInPittsburghon 28/07/2016 20:34The famed Frauenkirche was right outside our window but the windows were so soundproof that we heard none of the church bells unless the windows were open. The room was very modern (perhaps because most of this part of Dresden is new construction) and safe and quiet. Right outside there are excellent sidewalk cafes and many key historical Dresden sights are within a quick stroll. We recommend this collection of apartments highly and will definitely want to stay here again.
Lovely hotel apartments

We stayed here for two nights and the apartment looked out into Neumarkt Square, with a magnificent view of Frauenkirche church less the 100 metres across the square. The apartment was very well located in the old town only minutes from all the important sites.
It is only minutes from numerous good restaurants.
The apartment itself was very modern and well appointed. The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. I highly recommend the apartment hotel.
