Big Apartment
David Con 27/10/2016 13:29Good: They sent us detailed instructions of how to access the unloading area behind their accommodation and how to find the reception etc. Reception was polite and helpful. The apartment was very large, clean and well equipped – we needed a microwave so they quickly supplied one. Apartment is right in the middle of old Town, so can walk everywhere. There is temporary parking at the rear to unload the car, with lift access from here to your apt. All very convenient – would stay here again.
Bad: The TV has only one English channel – fortunately it is BBC World. The paid parking is in an underground parking building across the other side of the square about 300mtrs walk away. There was a lot of noise from out in the street (bars/restaurants) until 11pm, this was surprising as all the double-glazed windows were closed. The WiFi is very slow.
Frauenkirche, Shops and Resturants all in 200 meters of your room.

Location just can't be better (exit the house - Frauenkirche and Brulsche Terrasse entrance are right there), good restaurants are also near. Spacious inside, big bedroom and bathroom, living room with a couch and stuff. The apartments are super-quiet: haven't heard neither the neighbors nor the street noise. It is warm (adjustable radiators) and very clean.
The apartments are well-equipped: good number of storage room and furniture, good kitchen, bath (very useful in winter), washing machine, fridge with a freezer, safe, shower gel and shampoo. Comfortable bed, no complaints of bedding and sleep quality.
The bad. Strange internet connection (wifi on 1 device worked OK, on the 2nd one - died literally every 30 seconds). A microwave oven and an iron are needed for a long-term stay. The information on the city-tax is given only after a check-in (1 euro/person per night), but it should be sent beforehand.
Overall the place is highly recommended.
LOCATION IS FABULOUS
Michele Bon 28/01/2016 11:05Although hard to find , it was definitely worth it. It is located right in the middle of the old part of the city. Parking is nearby in a city car park at a very reasonable price. The apartments are large, with a lift for easy access and having a well appointed kitchen and a good sized bathroom was great. A dream location as we were there in winter so we were able to return to our apartment during the day to warm up and gather more clothes when needed.

Nice view over the marked, big battub, and then I really mean a big one !!
Suberb service, we where attended into the privat garage, and from there its a lift directecly up to the floor where our room was - for us that was super, it was raining - so no wet suitcases !
We for sure will stay here at our next Dresden visit !!
