I loved the location of this hotel, i suppose it is a personal choice, set in a local neighbourhood, with local bakeries and supermarkets close by. It is not a far walk to the metro, and many tapas bars within walking distance. Our room was a decent size, very clean and had a kitchenette so if you wish to cook i suppose it would be enough. Breakfast here is probably one of the nicest i have ever had in Europe, a buffet and a great selection of hot and cold dishes, nicely presented and fresh. Staff here were friendly and helpful when asking for directions. Very quiet area, we couldn't here any road traffic at all :) Probably the only negative is the laundry prices, unaffordable with most items of clothing at e8 per item

The hotel was very good like position and breakfast; can make some improvment at the room; was very close aprox.2 min walking by the train; transport in Barcelona is very good; there are plenty of public transport and you can easily reach Barcelona's main attractions
Each of us must see Barcelona at least once in a lifetime

Room with little kitchen, good breakfast-buffet. Location not too far from metro Gracia and Passeig de Gracia (la Pedrera) Friendly staff at reception. Wifi was perfect. Really nothing to complain about.

Nice enough place and clean. Not very close to the water or anything to see. We walked to Camp Nou, but was 2.5 miles. It's in a nice enough neighborhood, and the staff were very nice. Room for a family of 4 was very small. Shower was a bit inconvenient, as the shower head is really close to the wall. Not an American style hotel but quaint.

The hotel itself is a bit far out from the bus station (2.5km). An hour walk or a bus ride to the beach. The room was nice but the view was poor, a wall and only a few metres away from the hotel opposite, and no balcony (€50 more for an upgrade). Breakfast was good, nice variety and eat what you like so advise to include bed & breakfast in the package. Turndown service was average, they clean on time but didn't change the sheets, we took them off ourselves to make sure they were changed. They can also talk very loudly which woke us up. The doors are noisy, all of them bang & noise starts around 7am when breakfast is about to begin. There aren't many facilities in the hotel, its basically somewhere to put your head down and have a nice breakfast. Staff are friendly & polite. Mini bar in room for extra charge. A nice hotel but could find better.
