MareSki90on 23/04/2017 08:43We stayed in Monte Rosa in February. Rooms are clean and with a lot space, and if you chose one with view over to Klein Matterhorn and Breithorn it is breath taking :)))
Staff are very polite and they will give you tips where to go in Zermatt. Indoor swimming poll and sauna are great after long day of skiing, or perhaps fitness if you wanna stay in shape :- ) All recommendation! Definitely coming back :- ) see you
Very good hotel and room but experience was disturbed by front desk lady

It is at walking distance to Tasch station.
But the front desk lady, don't know she is manager or what, but here attitude and behavior was really disturb the experience.
All ready expressed same to her.
Quaint hotel with exceptional service

The owners were unbelievably hospitable and friendly and made sure our stay exceeded expectations. The breakfast spread was incredible and sustained us for our day on the trails. Our room offered brilliant views of the near-by mountain range and the private balcony was a perfect place to experience the beauty. It was really easy to get to the Tasch train station en route to Zermatt. Overall, this was a great find and we would recommend it to anyone.
best family budget apartment hotel

breakfast was really good.
lady at counter was very helpful. she guided us around the area.
our stay was good and would like to go back.
Exceptional Value for money

We had a one bedroom apartment which was totally clean and very well equipped.
Such good value for money compared to other hotels in Zermat.
As Zeemat is a car free village, we had to leave our car at the hotel while we took The Glacier Express Train. A very short walk to the local train station which was a 10 minute train ride into Zermat.
Breakfast was fantastic.
The proprietor was such a lovely man and very knowledgable of the local area and gave us an itinerary to plan our next leg of our journey.
Sorry we could only stay overnight!
