For a one night stay we were recommended to choose this hotel.
The prize seemed to be comperable with the sourroundings. The hotel is in a 10/15 Min walking distance to the center.
The rooms are really huge, there is a kitchen as well, so it's more like an apartment, as the hotel name already suggests. For one night I don't think the size of the room is that necessary and a bit unused.
We had to take the breakfast with our booking (8 euros each). There were many things to chose from eggs, bacon, bread, fruits, sauges, cheese and many others. However, I would have prefered a small breakfast in the city instead the 8 euros for the hotel breakfast.

Good place, but little expensive.
Everything put in one big room.
The services was kind.
Near to the city center, but quiet place.
There is closable bike storage place.
Huge free parking place for cars.
The breakfast was perfect.

The Apartment Hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from old town. Free parking outside the hotel, good-sized rooms makes it a good option to explore the Konstanz area from. The room is spacious and has a small kitchenette with fridge and cooker, convenient if you want to make a light meal. Roomy newly refurbished bathroom. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good variety breakfast buffet. No A/C. Lift (available duriing reception hours). Excellent wifi (one password per device). Free local bus tickets come with the tax charged for the room. Would definitely book again.

Stayed here while on a cycling holiday round lake konstanz - the rooms ar very spacious and well equipped - spotlessly clean with really helpful and friendly staff- the breakfasts were very plentiful and choice was great

The apartment hotel Konstanz is located a little outside the inner city of Konstanz. It is easy to reach it by the public transport.
The hotel has 36 rooms. The area belonged to a former French barracks compound. The building has recently been renovated and offers good standard accommodation. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a comfortable bed, a seating area and a kitchenette with a fridge. Flat screen TV and a well-functioning Wi-Fi connection are available. The bathroom is somewhat less formidable, as it was incorporated into later. The room must have formerly served as office space.
The lift is very slow rather designed for the transport of cargo than of people. In addition, it is stopped operating during the night.
The breakfast is generous and of good quality. The hotel does not have a restaurant of its own. The nearest restaurants are approximately 15 minutes on foot on the Rhine River.
The staff is attentive and helpful. The situation is calm. Free parking is sufficiently available in front of the hotel. The price - to-performance ratio is good. Although this hotel is classified as apartment, the services are equal to those of a traditional hotel.
