Great location to hang around

We had a top floor apartment, which makes it a bit uncomfortable if you carry a lot of luggage with you. The reception is on the 1st floor and the receptionists were all extra helpful and friendly. There is a separate room in case you want to leave your baggage upon checkout and discover the city some more.

We had a big apartment and unfortunately the air-condition was broken in one of the rooms. They did offer us two smaller separated apartments though, but we decided to stay in ours.

Location is just prefect and in walking distance of everything.

There is a public garage 300 m away for approx 15€ per day.

Not the Ritz or the Waldof Astoria. However, it is right in the center of Belgrade, opposite the renowned Hotel Moskva – at a quarter of the price.
Central, clean, friendly staff and near bus stop to Airport.

Nice rooms in an old appartment

Staff was friendly. For the first two nights we got a Junior Suite although we had booked a standard room. This room was large and had an interesting architecture. You could look into the bathroom through a large window, which made the room appear even larger. Everything was very clean. The location was great, all sights were only a short walk away.
We had to move to another room after two nights. They said there was a problem with the plumbing. The room was occupied the next night, so we thought they just needed the larger room for somebody else. They apologized for the inconvenience, though. The standard room actually had a problem with the plumbing, there was a bad smell from the pipes, so we had to keep the door closed the whole time. We didn't mind changing the rooms, because it was done within five minutes and the new room was just next door. In case the plumbing problem was indeed invented, we would have preferred the truth.

In a word, a simple and reasonable place Although the place is located in a very central location but the place itself is in an old building at least the rooms I stayed in were very small The bathroom is small, the maintenance is mediocre, so is the cleanliness. The staff was courteous and the location is central so if you plan a night or two it's okay, beyond that you will invest a little more money and a better hotel Other

Price is super low however there is all you need there. Location location and location. Literately 2 minutes from major pedestrian street knew mihajlova and 3 minutes for national theatre and opera house museums etc.
Clean and nice.
For price and for location is great really great.
