Immaculate Aparthotel
bean602on 07/06/2014 10:54We stayed here 5/23-27/2014. The room was immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything you would need if you chose to cook in. We liked the fact that there was a coffee pot and boiler in the room to make our morning coffee. Having a fridge was also helpful. We really enjoyed the balcony. The hotel was located on a relatively quiet street in a nice neighborhood. There is a Lidi grocery store on the ground level, which was very convenient. There is also a good Italian restaurant on the ground floor, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. There are two subway stops located a reasonable walking distance from the hotel. It was very warm a couple of the days we were in Berlin. As we drove there, my wife had the forethought to pack a fan in the trunk. Without the fan the room would have been uncomfortable. We did not check with the front desk, but they may have fans you could use. You will absolutely need one if it is warm in Berlin. The hotel was a great value for the quality of the facility. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Large, spotless, nice location
OBon 19/02/2013 11:35We stayed in a two room apartment. It was vast, very clean and well appointed. Our apartment was located on the back of the building and was very very quiet.
The neighbourhood is nice and even though it is a bit to the West, Ku'damm and Adenauer Platzetro station are less then 5 minutes away on foot.
The staff is not very present and does not speak much English, but is quietly effective. Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely book again!
"Good apartment in a quiet area "
Tati_Luzon 30/09/2012 02:01I booked one week in Apartmenthaus Berlin 'cause I need a place where I could feel like in home. It was a nice experience . Apartmenthaus is in a quiet area, near two U-bahn stations. If you need to buy something there's a supermarket beside it.
The room was large,and all the kitchen facilities were brand new. I couldn't say it was perfect 'cause wi-fi didn't work at rooms as they tell.
I think I would stay there again next time in Berlin.

miloflyon 05/04/2012 09:33Nice apartment hotel on 3. Floor. Two rooms, seperate ketchen and bathroom. Balcony in connection with rooms. Spacious rooms. We bought a dog and for €8 Per day we had out car parked in the building. Close to U-bahn, close to K-damm.
