Pomz77on 28/07/2017 20:20Beautiful views, Great price,very clean. Every thing you could hope for in an apartment. On site parking. Sited just out side the main town a little up a hill we drove our car to CO RI apartments as part of our adventure but a car is not needed as you end up using a ferry rather than drive. The Host Is the nicest man you could want to meet who gos way above and beyond any expectations.
Fabulous apartments
Sezzer901on 17/05/2017 17:55I have just returned from these apartments where we stayed for 4 nights. The view is outstanding, apartments clean, spacious and well equipped. Alessio is very friendly and attentive. We also ate at the restaurant underneath the apartments which was delicious. Would definitely return & highly recommend!

garpalon 25/09/2016 13:22Honestly you see the reviews for this place on here and think that surely it can't be that good...believe me it is.
We had flown into Bergamo/Milan airport and rented a car and drove up here for the week and it was one of the most relaxing holidays i've had. The area is brilliant for travel links to other places i.e. Switzerland, Como etc but for somewhere to chill out it's perfect also.
The apartments are overlooking the lake with views that are simply breathtaking, you never tire of walking out onto your balcony and taking it in. As for the inside of them, they have literally anything you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are spacious and spotlessly clean and the hospitality of the owner Alessio are a lesson for some of the bigger hotel chains to take note of.
He's a complete gentleman who will go to great lengths to make sure his guests every need is catered for.
I plan to revisit this area again and will have no hesitation in booking these apartments again.
A wee tip would be to head for Menaggio and put in the address when your in the town, your sat nav should take you straight there and Alessio has signs on the hill on the way up to help you along the way.

wlane500on 09/09/2016 22:39Went there with my wife on a 10 day trip as part of a journey from Milan to Lake Coma and then Lake Maggiore.
We spent 6 days here and it was fantastic. Alessio was really helpful and came to find us on his moped when we got lost in our car in Menaggio! This set the tone for the stay as him or his family couldn't have been more accommodating in our stay.
I wouldn't say a car is essential for staying there but the walk up from Menaggio is steep and long - going down is fine but maybe taxi back is best if not young or without transport!
The views from the front balconies are breathtaking - truly beautiful and we loved having breakfast with croissants and bread Alessio delivered each morning.
Everything considered this was perfect for us - comfortable and excellent value for money and a great base for exploring - Alessio and his family make it extra special and I would recommend without hesitation
Cannot be beaten for excellent service and fabulous view !!
al1964won 09/09/2016 21:39Although we had trouble finding the apartments on first arrival, A quick call to Alessio and he came down on his scooter to guide us - throughout the whole visit nothing was too much trouble . The apartment was exactly as advertised, very well equipped, spotlessly clean , and with a view to die for - we would have no hesitation in returning - very highly recommended 😀
