ME5678on 22/08/2017 22:33Comfortable apartment with shared kitchen. Lots of steps, and about 1 mile from old town (castle wall). We were greeted when we arrived (after a late ferry from Split) and offered something to drink. We did not have a vehicle and walked to and from town (which is fine for us). Room was clean. Towels are line dried and were a bit scratchy. Managers helped us book a taxi (w/set rate) for the airport.
Perfect place to stay
Jack Hon 21/10/2016 14:58We stayed here by recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. The photos don't do it justice, very clean and perfect for a self catering stay. A 15 minute walk from the old town (along a road with some incredible views) and it also means that you are not that far from the other side of Dubrovnik where there are some undervalued sights. The owner made us feel very welcome and was helpful upon arrival. I couldn't recommend staying here enough.

As others have mentioned the beers on arrival were a nice touch and just what was needed.
I'm not sure where the "massive hill" is as all we found was a bit of an incline? Other reviewers may be simply overstating it? Anyone who is relatively fit and mobile will have no problem with the 10-15 min walk to and from the magnificent Old Town.
We had no problem parking our hire car right outside at any time of the day or night which was a real bonus.
Another thing worth mentioning is the opportunity for self catering, although we didn't use them the in-room kitchenette and bigger communal kitchen and dining area seemed to be of a high standard and well used.
All in all I can't fault this accommodation and would recommend to anyone visiting this delightful area.
Confession time! On leaving we nicked a lime from the tree in the garden. We would have asked but there was no one around, honest.
We used this lime in drinks when we arrived home and its intense flavour and wonderful colour were a fitting reminder of a fantastic holiday.
Nicely located for all areas of dubrovnik
Nathanstubbs1988on 01/09/2016 10:12These apartments are clean and have everything you need. The kitchen has full stove and bbq so if you decided to cook you could eat really cheaply.
Based right between the old town and lapad, the apartment was ideally located for us. The hillside location was not a problem as we are young.
The host here treated us brilliantly, we had a glass of fresh orange on arrival and on leaving he printed off our boarding passes for our flight home. He also gave us a few options of the best ways to get to the airport .
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Nadine Qon 26/07/2016 13:27Our three night stay here made our Dubrovnik experience perfect! The owner was friendly and offered us beverages when we got there. The location was surprisingly quiet and had street parking. There is a small market at the end of the street. Our room was big and comfortable with a great view of the water. We had the "green" room. The walk to the center was short and easy. The a/c worked marvelously. Overall, a great stay in Dubrovnik.
