We spent 7 nights. Place is very clean friendly staff and reasonable price. Love it and will come back and recommend it to my friends
Just outside the hotel their is caffe and bakery store which is great for breakfast although you can always use the one that is in the hotel which also nice

Check booking carefully as we read the description as a room with kitchen facilities but we had only a kettle and minifridge. On rereading it did say apartments had kitchenette not rooms. However the room was fine. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

We used the Aparthotel whilst visiting our son's girlfriend who lives in Arguelles, a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated but the shower was lovely- lots of hot water and good pressure which made up for it.
The reception staff were all pleasant and friendly.
All main attractions are within easy walking distance although the metro is close by so everywhere is accessible if you don't want to walk far.
As well as the Palace, Museums and Parks, a cable car runs across the valley from the park at the bottom of the hill from the Hotel which is well worth using. The views of the city and especially the Palace on the return journey are amazing. Visit the Temple Debod at night when it is lit up and at its most beautiful.

Great for a Madrid break

We had a superior room, it was very pleasant and spacious. Looked out on close tall buildings at the back on 6h floor so no view but very quiet. Friendly English speaking reception always manned. We arrived off a late flight at midnight but no problem. Also able to leave our luggage on last day until evening flight. Kitchenette useful for a bit of light self catering although fridge is just minibar and cooking is a microwave/ grill combo. Purchased breakfast in with deal. You get given a voucher to take into café attached to hotel. Breakfast = juice, coffee, pastry or toast. Good location near Aquilles metro and circular 1/ 2 bus routes. Huge Cortes Ingles department store with supermarket at end of road open 10am - 10pm. Only real negative was a rather hard straw like mattress.

I don't know why they don't published that they allow small pets here. As we looked close to the center of madrid for a hotel that will accept my small puppy could not find any.
Finally found this one on another website page but any how, this hotel it's Very clean, neat, the room were very confi. At the room they bought us a puff and a tray for my puppy and we really appreciated that.
Our puppy is family to us and we liked that very much.
I recommen this hotel with puppies or not, good price and excellent customer service
