Holiday time
Lynddaon 05/08/2017 14:42Stayed at the Apex for 5 nights with my granddaughter. Not far from Railway station so were able to walk there. Hotel room big and bathroom excellent. I liked the fridge very convenient. Breakfast was a great experience and served very quickly, waiters and waitresses work non stop. Everything you could think of was on the menu. Superb. We dined one night and the meal was excellent.
Great Location, clean, modern hotel
stefholland86on 05/08/2017 11:56We stayed here for a weekend as a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children). The family room has 2 double beds and had space for a travel cot also. The room itself was clean and room service ensured our towel/toiletries supplies were fully stocked each day.
The hotel is clean, modern and the staff friendly. The breakfast choice was great and delicious.
Location wise it was ideal for us. It is within walking distance to Olympia leisure pool and the city centre for a spot of shopping. The quay side has plenty food choices for evening meals, we recommend the Chinese buffet!
The pool/gym facilities were great, my husband made use of the gym and I made use of the pool with the kids.
The only thing the hotel would benefit from to appeal more to families would be perhaps a small soft play area for the children to play at in the evenings when we returned from our day and sat in the lobby for snack and drink.

H6104UTcraigson 05/08/2017 10:59Great stay at this hotel. Good food, attentive staff and the spa facilities are very nice. I had a corner room which overlooked the quay, lovely view and ideal location. Its location is close to the airport.
Dundee Apex Hotel
A6628ZOlindahon 05/08/2017 08:55Had a recent 2 night stay here. Hotel decor slightly tired but spotlessly clean. Wine rather overpriced at £6 for a small glass. Spa and pool very nice. Plenty of restaurants shops nearby. Staff very helpful. We'll be back to Dundee.
Nice overnight stay
BritishLB852on 05/08/2017 00:28Husband and I have previously stayed in another Apex Hotel before (the one in Bank, London) and we had a lovely experience and we did too, this time round at this Apex in Dundee.
The bed was very comfortable and I particularly enjoyed the Elemis toiletries, though Husband found the shower gel slightly drying.
The health club was very good. The Japanese hot tubs were a nice touch. The pool was lovely too. It's 1.20m deep.
The exterior and some of the furniture in the hotel room might need a bit of an update but other than that, we were very pleased with our experience at this Apex and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dundee.
