Worst Value for Money. Ever.
MarinelaZgon 15/08/2017 14:57When I booked a 4* hotel on the beautiful island of LoĊĦinj, I could not be happier. This turned into a huge disappointment the minute we walked into our room. It had a nice view and that was the only good thing about it. It was small and cramped with dated furniture, but that was not the worst part. Something went horribly wrong in that room. Some major plumbing issues, I guess, which nobody in the hotel cared to fix. The carpet was dirty with clear water marks and bleach spots. Water marks were also visible on the bathroom celling. The walls were also dirty. Someone even removed a picture over the bed, but left a clearly visible stain on the wall where it used to hang. The cheap-looking plastic curtains were cut.
When I complained at the reception, they told me they would talk to the manager. When I complained the second day, we got a change of towels and that was it. And this was a Superior room for which we paid over EUR 160/night!!! I do not want to see what their regular rooms look like. Actually, I do not want to return to this hotel ever again!
To be fair, I have to say that the reception staff offered prompt help on one occasion, but that was unrelated to our accommodation.
In conclusion, if you are looking for 4* accommodation, avoid this hotel. I am sure there are better ways to waste your money.

Deana Von 26/06/2017 11:31The best thing about this hotel is the personnel. Food is good, coffee is gorgeous! It is located in the center and very next to the seafront (where tourist boats waits for passengers to get aboard). Be aware that noise level is bigger than you are accustomed to (at the night time). Rooms are decent and clean but it could be better. Overall opinion: I do reccomend this hotel if you are looking for great start position from which you explore the island.

Nick Lon 26/06/2017 02:45The property is first class and the staff their finest asset. The rooms were clean and comfortable although a second chair would be appreciated. Breakfasts (included) were outstanding. Desk staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. A nit: it would be nice to have a beer or two on tap.

Airman_blue1on 12/09/2016 15:14This was exactly what we were searching for. We came with a private aircraft and 40 minutes after landing we were already in the hotel, which is located in the very center in the small boat harbor of Mali Losinji. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, if you call them they will get you from where the taxi has to stop with an electric driven cart (300m).
I exclusively wanted to have a room with windows to the sea side, which is the small harbor and the nice Croatian houses and pine trees in the background, direction West.
We hang around at the window watching the pedestrian area, the boats, the water and the beautiful blue sky.
The superior room was clean and the size quite OK (about 20 m2), fridge, mini safe, bathroom with shower, all in good to very good condition.
Breakfast is included, you may get this indoor or directly at the waterfront outside, shaded by huge sunshades. Of course, if the weather allows, this is the much better experience! Breakfast is self service, not like in a 460 bed hyper hotel, but everything well prepared, clean and absolutely sufficient.
The staff is always friendly and answers all questions immediately and to our full satisfaction.
For swimming we walked through the pine tree woods to Cikat (bay), it is a walk of about 20 minutes.
We where in the hotel for a long weekend (Friday to Sunday) and there was music from other bars/restaurants mourned, which stopped at 01:00. If you like it or not, you may close the windows and they are well insulated and you will not hear anything. Alternatively you may pick the direction to the east, but this is without any nice view ...
