One night stay
Franco669on 14/09/2017 17:30Not nice, for the price extremely expensive, beds the size of ambulance stretchers, neglected buildig, horrible breakfast.
The dining room was flooded.
Rooms was cold and not heated.
Do not recommend this place
Decent Hotel for a Few Nights Stay
Alan Lon 01/08/2017 14:31I always like to start off a review by stressing that you should take most reviews with a pinch of salt - as things like customer service, cleanliness, food and location are all based on each individual persons own personal opinions - and we all have different standards and expectations.
Hotel
The hotel is modern looking with a code to gain entry into the building. Check-in took a few minutes due to a queue, but this was not an issue. We were only issued one key for the room – with the key needing to be inserted horizontally, which made opening the door a little more difficult, especially considering the lights in the hall were not put on till late.
There is a vending machine on the first floor – slightly strange place to put it as it’s not very noticeable.
Rooms
We had a room on the ground floor which had a tiny terrace outside. Although the terrace was a nice added extra, we could not use it due to it being that small. The room was not big, but was suitable for a few nights stay. There was a small kitchenette which had a decent sized fridge, which was great. The rooms were cleaned each day.
Location
Arlon as a town is tiny with not much to do. The hotel has an Aldi’s supermarket right next door and the train station is under a 10 minute walk away.
Abominable. Third world horror show.

WTF right?
2 hrs and 2 trips down to front desk VERY SLOW wifi connected.
Went to store food and drink.
Fridge not even turned on.
TOTALLY USELESS as fridges take hrs to cool up.
Once again WTF right?
Then toilet cistern continuously refilled EVERY MINUTE for 10hrs. No sleeping here!
It would have been better, more fun and cheaper staying in a cave...with syphylis...in the rain...in the dark ages.
Dissapointing
Ondrej Son 05/11/2016 11:54The room looks fine on the first sight, however on the second sight you realize a lot of problems. We had a broken shower holder, there was a very unfriendly and reluctant staff (I would say even rude) on the reception, there was a very weird and strong smell in the hallways, very dirty cutlery in the apartment, uncomfortable bed and extremely slow internet connection which you have to pay extra. As a result, the stay was not worth the price, it was a dissapointing experience unfortunately.
Fine for overnight stay
lindion 08/07/2016 11:04We stopped here overnight on route to Italy. It was fine for what we wanted – a clean room, comfy bed & good shower. There is also a little kitchen area with microwave etc that was handy. It has been mentioned that there was only one towel for each room, so I took an extra one that wasn’t needed as there was another one in the cupboard under the sink along with extra loo roll. I guess this is where they always put them so check! Car parking just outside, the staff were friendly & the view wasn’t too bad either! Wi-fi only in public areas, but we found that it also worked in our room, I think this would depend on where it was. No complaints & would stay again for a quick stopover.
