You survive a night here.................
Sven Von 08/06/2017 22:07This is for students / young people who has no other requirements than to get some sleep at night. No service and not much outside either. We paid a very high price on our visit, but if you get a discounted prices then you survive. Easy to get to city center using the tramway. For sure you will forget about the room very soon. Typically Ikea style and since we are above 60 then we for sure will never stay at an Appart hotel again!
OK for one night
SORCELon 25/05/2017 19:13Basic accommodation with a small kitchen area. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking is in a public garage next door (that is before you get to the hotel entrance). You need to advise the hotel in advance. There is no wifi in the room – only downstairs in the tiny overcrowded reception. The hotel is located a few km from downtown – too far to walk. The tramway is about a 5 minute walk away and with it you can get to the centre in less than 20 minutes. Tickets can be bought at the tram stop. The service in the hotel is non-existent. We booked quite far in advance and had the standard rate. When we arrived the rooms were selling for half price on major hotel sites.

Ana Ron 10/02/2017 00:27I was in this hotel for a 10-day business trip and all I can tell is that I had better experiences...
The rooms have view to the cemetery, so it's not the best view...I stayed in the first floor, and considering that this January the weather was extremely cold in Bordeaux, the heating system in the room was not enough. Everyday in the morning, before leaving, I had to leave the heating system at the max to have a warm room at the evening...and the heating system in the bathroom didn't even work.
The service...during this 10-days visit, my room was cleaned once! I had to ask to change the towels and I had to request more toilet paper...
Besides all of this, there are good points: the refrigerator, the stove, the heater for the water and the microwave was a plus. The internet was also not so bad for an hotel. The breakfast (included) was good and diverse. The receptionists were always kind and quick to solve any issue.
Would be perfect if the wi-fi worked
maxime lon 26/09/2016 18:13Cute, big room, fully equip kitchen, clean, polite staff with a nice patio on the first floor. There is no room service, but wouldn't you be ready to pay a little less and make your own bed like an adult :) The only problem is that, as other, my computer was not able to log in on their wi-fi despite renting the hotel router.
Good for a stopover
1974janeenon 09/09/2016 09:28We have stayed here a few times and it is good, basic and reasonably priced. On this trip, the wifi wasn't working, which seemed to be an ongoing problem and really matters if you're trying to work.
The apartment we had was clean, well-equipped and quiet. the aircon worked. The staff in the evening and morning were lovely, really friendly and helpful.
Bordeaux centre is a few stops on the tram from Ravinies (the nearest stop, two minutes walk) and parking outside the hotel was free provided we left before 9, which we did.
