What People are saying

Big let down

Ahsan Kon 08/10/2016 22:08

i booked 3 these hotel apartments through Expedia as the pictures on the website were showing that these were descent. they were actually a big let down as the rooms were stinky, there was a dead cockroach on the wall, no pillow covers, filthy carpets, no towels in the bathrooms and broken furniture. staff did try to help and changed the rooms but they were in similar state. i will never recommend these apartments to anyone as they are nothing like their online pictures.

Good budget hotel

Hotel is good a bit far from city center but good access to bus which takes you to the RER station good quiet place and take river view rooms Hotel staff is very helpful though not fluent in English but still Understand what you want to say and help you ....

You get what you pay for

This was the cheepest place we could find close to Paris. Hotel staff don't speak English but they are friendly enough. The rooms are a decent size, showers are ok but no towels supplied. Comfy beds and pillows and a small kitchen with fridge in the room. Theres a supermarket right next to the complex. There's not a lot to do in the local area and it's not a very nice anyway.
It takes about 45 minutes to drive in to Paris
Our only gripe though really was that the room smelled of cigarette smoke quite bad.

They charged before arrival although i was supposed to pay at the hotel

In expedia, i had selected to pay at the hotel. Yet, when i arrived, they had already charged for 3 nights and didnt let me cancel. I stayed the first night since i had no other place to go, and wanted to cancel the rest. They said expedia had charged and not them a d that therefore threy couldnt cancel. The next day, i called the hotel and they said the hotel had charged. The hotel didnt let me make a phone call even though i was going to pay. They didnt want us to contact expedia.

Don't go anywhere near this place.

Me and my family stayed in this hotel last summer for 10 days. It was a nightmare. I couldn't believe that this type of hotels still exist in this day and age. Absolutely stinks as soon as you walk in the lobby. I am struggling to find something positive to say about this place. The service was appalling, the rooms were full of insects, the carpet filthy and smells. I had to beg for toilet paper and new towels. The staff were looking at me as if I was mad when I asked for new towels and toilet paper.

No Wi-fi in rooms, only in the lobby downstairs.

The only working lift at that was always smelling food with strong species.

Most of the rooms in the hotel are used to house asylum seekers from Africa, and most Eastern Europeans travellers ans workers live there permanently.

I would not recommend anyone to go there even if you have a very very low budget.

Some staff were kind and tried to help. But the situation was beyond them. I wouldn't stay there in Victorian time.

The Manager (woman) need a lesson in customer service. She probably never stay in a hotel before.

DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE EVEN OFFERED FOR FREE!!!
