Worst hotel ever. I would have given the rating in minus, if I had a chance.

Please avoid this hotel completely if you can. The reason I chose this hotel is for daily room cleaning and other services, that will not be available in apartment. However, they would clean the rooms only twice a month if you are staying here for long.

Kitchen ware is provided, however there is no sponge or scratch to wash your utensils. There is no bowl for microwave and no glass for water. You got to buy all that. Until this, it is adjustible.

I asked for a doubled bed, and when I entered the room, I found one. Only at the end of the day, when I laid on the bed, I came to know it is 2 single beds placed together, and when I laid down, it started moving apart. When I complained the staff, they say this is how they provide.

There is only one washing machine, dryer that is working and available for the entire apartment. None of the service staffs were helping. They were all too rigid, to not care about any of your complaints. They simply shrug off and say "They don't know."

Lift doesn't work half the time. Reception remains closed most of the time during weekends. I have never seen or even heard of hotels, closing their reception.

Altogether, it is a complete tiring experience in the hotel and I still got to spend a week here.

On top of all that, when I call their customer service line, to complaint, they didn't even listen to me and said, they will connect the call to someone in reception, with whom I spoke for 10 minutes without any use.

I stayed there for a few days... smells of damp, staff is not friendly, half of the stuff are not available for breakfast, half of the lights were broken, I had a room with no hot water, internet with no WIFI and they had not enough ethernet cable(helloooo welcome to the 21st century...)
Definitely a place to avoid

Tragic, smelly, disgusting.

I stayed in different hotels but this was the worst.
Tragic, smelly, disgusting, dirty, unclean. Every day something is not working, no air conditioning. Door locks do not work. Keep far away from this hotel. No WiFi only cable. No parking place available.

The room is dirty, the furnitures and wardrove doors are broken, the pluggs are out of the wall... please see the pictures. Outside our windows there was a garden, with cigarettes in the floor. Shower was a hole in the floor! Only the bed and mattress was ok. they did note let us go in until three pm because they had to "arrange the room!!!" Personnal was not nice, never worried, they just pay no attention to you...if you find them. Real rooms have nothing to do with the web, there are spots and stains in the walls. Never seen anything so bad and three stars!!

I stayed in this appart hotel for 6 weeks, the reservation made by my employer. The Good: 5 min or less from the RER A/bus station, 10 min or less from two supermarkets and a public library (free WiFi), 5 min or less from a movie theater ("version française" only, though, at least when I tried going to). Cleaning of the room seemed to be weekly. The Bad: there was no WiFi and the people at the reception desk tried to rent me an Ethernet cable for 2€/night (I made a point about the lack of WiFi and they didn't charge it). But the cord didn't work either and the manager said the problem was with my computer (it wasn't and they wouldn't test the wall or change my room. I had to buy a cord). There wast no pots or pans (after a week they got me one - 01 - pan from another empty room. I had to buy a pot to cook). During the first two weeks I would ask daily for a resolution on the Internet and pots/pans problem - the answer was always the same: "the technician will be here tomorrow", "we'll buy the pots tomorrow". More than once I was interrupted by the cleaning team asking me when I was leaving, apparently the reception desk informed them the room was empty or that I was leaving that day. Also there wasn't cleaning service on my last week there. The inside lock of the room door would get stuck sometimes and have to be forced to close properly, and water in the kitchen sink would first come white-ish if you didn't let it run a few seconds before consuming it. I didn't try washing my clothes in their laundry, so I have know idea of their quality.
