Good studio but not clean

Good studio,not clean.friendly staff especially miss Aminata,very helpfull.Good size bathroom,well equipped kitchen,nice balcony.diningroom table.good location,restaurant next to the hotel.wifi available,pets are allowed.

Low budget but low quality

I've been there for 4 nights during a business trip.

It feels more like a "light-service"-Appartement, room wasn't really clean at arrival and of course it's never been cleaned during my stay.
Seems they have some hairy cleaning staff, hopefully it wasn't the guest before myself.

Old, uncertain furniture, no service at all, worst breakfast I've ever seen.

Next time I will choose something else

The hotel is a sort of mixing between hotel room and rent apartment. Services are missed. I didn't find hair dry. I have asked it to reception and they replay that only 5 were available. In one week I've not a chance to caught one. TV gets only 10 French channels. Door is locked with magnetic key that very often doesn't work. Breakfast is low quality for that prize (almost 9euros), you get French coffee or cappuccino from a machine some cookies mini croissant orange juice And few thing else. You pay the full prize at your arrival but you get the invoice only at the check out. The rooms were not clean enough. Some from stuff were professional and efficient.

Worst hotel that I have seen in a decade. Dirty, run down hallways, old, barely functional rooms. On a high note, some of the hair in the bathroom was my own! Dirty and uninspired. The electric went out at one point, and I also discovered that they charge an additional fee if you want your room cleaned!

Tip: the only good news that there are 15+ restaurants within a 4-5 min walk

Out of Town

This is out of the centre of Toulouse but the 79 bus from outside the car part will take you to Ramonville and thence metro to town. A return ticket allowing you to use bus, tram, metro costs 3.10 euros.

Perhaps the staff had changed after some of the previous comments, but we found the hotel itself was clean, the staff very helpful, and the rooms a good size. The only down side was perhaps the paucity of crockery - 4 small cups, 4 bowls, 4 plates and 2 wine glasses, but it may be that the staff can provide more. The bed was some foldng contraption that doubles as a sofa (perhaps?) but we had no trouble with it. Rooms are cleaned once a week, and you have to do your own bed-making and washing up. But what can you expect for the price? The hotel was quite busy and we found it quite quiet apart from some loud neighbours one night - or maybe on the patio below as we had the window open. Incidentally, we hit a very hot week-end so the air-conditioning was absolutely essential and worked well.

We (OK, me as I was driving) found it difficult to navigate as the free tourist map is not adequate for Labege itself so I have uploaded one of the roadside maps. Exit the perimetrique at junction 18 (I think junction 19 is after the toll booth!). This will take you from the left along the road at the top of the map with buildings marked in green. Take the right hand exit from the roundabout towards the SNCF (the second roundabout). Under the bridge, at the next roundabout, take the second exit rue Jean Rostard which leads directly to the hotel and Nostra Pizza (shown by knife and fork) and Parking.
