Rabbitmommaon 03/07/2017 14:03Nicely appointed room. Everything one needs. Air con was so welcome on a hot night and it was quiet so good sleep enjoyed. Parking in site ;charge) or there's a car park nearby (charge). Pleasant, helpful staff, dog friendly (charge for dog). Centrally located.
Adequate but service was very bad
Nicola Von 06/12/2016 00:08Stayed two nights. Was initially put into a very dirty room (stains on the carpets and hairs in the bed) with no heating. I asked for someone to fix the heating as it was too cold to sleep and was told they couldn't send someone until the next day but I could have a second blanket.... no good. I asked if I could change rooms and was told twice that this was not possible as there were no spare rooms. I then asked for a refund and said I would move to another hotel and suddenly a room was found for me...no apology, no explanation. They were clearly lying when they said there were no rooms. Have never experienced such rudeness in France, I am disappointed.
Just ok to stay in the city
B. Son 26/10/2016 19:32If you don't have big expectations it is ok to stay in the city center.
You get better breakfast in the bakery close by. No daily room cleaning nor change of towels. Bed and shower are OK. You might find better solution.
Don't plan to stay to long.
cheap, clean and NEW
Fred kon 13/07/2016 10:52Basic rooms but ok. First problem was that our family room wasn't available so we were given two rooms. Not a big problem except that on coming back from a meal at about 10:30pm we found our key card for one of the rooms didn't work. This was the room with all our luggage. The reception closes early and there are no staff in the building at night. None of the out of hours numbers worked so my wife and two kids had to use the one small double bed. The staff were sulky and barely apologetic the next morning and only gave us 20 Euros back.
It's not the best, but quite good for 1 or 2 nights
Dmytro Hon 26/06/2016 20:19I`ve been staying here for 3 nights with a group of football fans from Ukraine in June, 2016. The hotel is situated not far from the center of the city and near the railway station.
The room was small, but seemed to be clear. The bathroom needs a renovation.
The working-day of the receptionists is quite strange. In the late evening and at night it is closed. Our group came to hotel at about 11 p.m. There were no receptionist, who left the keys for us in the place, about which our guide was informed by the phone. But we couldn't get login and password for Wi-Fi connection.
Wi-Fi was free, but signal was good only near the reception desk (in the room it was too bad).
The breakfast was quite good for this hotel network.
