What People are saying

Clean, friendly and comfortable

This hotel is better than some of the reviews suggest, check in was efficient and informative, the room was very large by Paris hotel standards. The room contained a large double bed (queen), some simple furniture including desk, chair and a dining table with 2 chairs, a kitchenette with 2 rings, a microwave, fridge and tiny dishwasher and pots, pans, cutlery and plates etc. All spotless. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with bread, pastries, cereals and sausages and scrambled eggs. Simple but good. The staff were excellent, patient with my attempts at French but ready to swap to English effortlessly. Not 5* class but 5* service at a good price.

Nice Apartment

Good: Nice clean apartment with well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed & great lighting. Good heating and secure parking at 5 Euro per night (there is free street parking at the rear but a bit difficult to get to). WiFi is easy to access and very fast. Quiet rooms available.

Bad: No English channels on the TV. On a busy road in front. Our room was serviced but all they did was re-make the bed and re-arrange our towels (thus mixing them up, very annoying as you then do not know which towel is yours)!!!! They did not replace toilet paper– or wipe up the water from the leaking shower. We prefer that they do not service the room as what is done is not necessary.

Just worth three stars / not much and maybe a bit less

Stayed in a triple room in this hotel with my family. The good - the size of the triple room and the fact that the bathroom is renovated. The indoor parking and the proximity with saint germain and rueil malmaison. The internet.

The bad - although new, the carpet looks old. The cleaning is done every three days but for us it was every 5! They sometimes forgot to even empty the thrash.

Overall - it was an ok stay but would not necessarily recommend it or tell you to avoid it.

Lacks functionality

We arrived, a family of four into our suite (one bedroom, one living room and a kitchenette) on the main floor.
The rooms are spacious for France, and clean enough.
Beds comfortable. The receptionist very welcoming and helpful.
Where this location is lacking is in the kitchenette.
Only two glasses in the cupboard. When asking for more, we were told units come only equipped with 2 glasses (a suite for 4!) here are plastic glasses!
Only one mug! We managed to get two more mugs.
Only two large towels! We managed to get two more bath towels.
After dinner that we cooked ourselves, we wanted to put everything in the tiny dishwasher under the sink and start it. But we couldn't find any dish soap or dishwasher soap anywhere. Upon checking with reception, we were told that guests bring there own! What? In a three star hotel. Here for only one night with kids, traveling from abroad you expect me to carry my own dish soap? That's not serious.
This place could go one step further by making sure guests have in their suite sufficient number of kitchen and bath items to satisfy the number of people that may occupy the suite. And provide at least one dish soap tablet per day.
Other than that, no complaints.

terrible but I've seen worst

Terrible apt suites but better than the one near, the Apt City Louveciennes which is horror. We booked a 1 bedroom suite, we received a studio... quite dirty... badly needs refurbishment.
Parking is very ok for 5 EUR pe night, but still... this is not a very good place to stay. Internet works very bad but this probably depends on the studio you get... and how close it is from the router :)
