A rock bottom experience
Jorma Pon 05/05/2017 11:28This place should not be accommodating anyone, unless serious basic changes are made. We, a family of four, were transferred into this hotel by booking.com from another AppartCity hotel in Paris area. The rooms had dirty floors and shabby interiors, broken chairs and a dislocated lock on balcony´s door. What is perhaps most annoying, cockroaches and other not-so-pleasant insects were visible when turning on the lights in the evening, disappearing under the loose floor cover when the lights were on. The reception acknowledged the issue and showed us the chemicals they use to combat these little friends, so they are well aware of the situation. We were offered another room from the same building, but knowing that the insects will not stay in one room, we declined.
Booking.com refused to compensate for the accommodation costs, of course. In short: the worst accommodation experience during for more than three decades of active travelling, should not be used as an accommodation for human beings.

On booking .com it was newly decorated fresh and clean. In real life it was dirty,carpets;walls,Windows.
Although I will say bedding was clean.
Balcony furniture was covered in masking tape to mend cracks.
There was 1 cup and not enough plates of which reception wouldn't even give us a plastic cup. There was 4 of us.
Never ever go there again and will do research on next booking.
Not all places are as advertised.
I wrote to them afterwards but had no reply.
Very disopinted do not go there.

Igor Ron 25/08/2016 14:36Being a football journalist, I lived there about a month during European football championship, and we with my colleague were unlucky to pay the full amount right away. Otherwise we would have checked out in a few days but the procedure of it after making payment was too complicated and financially painful. The only good thing was a balcony with greenery outside but even it was spoiled by horrible smells from neighbours apartments where some stinky fish was fried every day. The apartment was full of cockroaches, and our requests to get rid of them were ignored. Wifi was very weak. Overall the service was terrible, they just didn't want to do anything. The door lock was broken regularly, and it was very easy to be opened by possible thiefs. Regarding very doubtful people living around in the apart hotel, we were scared to leave expensive professional photo cameras etc. there. At the end of the day nothing bad happened but during a month there you never had a feeling that you are in France, one of the best countries of the world. I would never recommend anyone to stay there ever.

Dirty dirty dirty!!1 Too bad for the location where it is, Louveciennes - le Port Marly are very nice areas, when you book this kind of hotel and you get there, you have the shock of your life. Value for this hotel would be 15-20 EUR per night max....
cheap, and it shows
paullnedon 24/06/2016 20:27a friend and me stayed at this hotel as it is only 30minutes from the centre of Paris. we wanted cheap, and that is precisely what we got.
the staff were nice enough, the resturants in the surrounding areas are OK if you like steak or steak.
if you are looking for something cheap where you can simply place your luggage and head to the effiel tower then this is not the worst. but please do not accidently pull back the sheet on the bed as I did, as there are some things that cannot be unseen.
