The location is great not only if you love to sky, also if you want to run or to walk even with kids (any route on Les Estagnols direction).
The comfort of the room is average (better pots and cutlery advisable).
If you have issues on your back, better think twice, the mattresses are terrible.
Jacuzzi should be usable with kids at some hours.

Great location, clean room. But the reception works only a few ours a day. Creates long lines. They made mistakes about my room and it took one and a half ours to finally solve things. Also, they make you take your own garbage on the dumpster outside the hotel, even if it is snowing!!!!!!!!!!!!! No free Wi-Fi in the room.

First of all, you have to make your bed from the bedding they provide you at the check point and dont forget to leave the appartment totally clean before leaving unless you wanna pay an extra fee. No free wiffi, not cheap as shown whatsoever, uncomfortable mattress and they dont even provide toilet paper.

You will have to make your bed from linens given to you at check in time.... (and we only had 1 sheet per bed???) I took the sofa bed in our appartment,... but is was broken so I had to sleep on one half of the bed. (Don't foget your soap...etc as nothing is in the room... not even a bath mat!!!!)
However, the room was clean but the balcony was filthy with a lot of bird poop making it unsuable. The patio set was too dirty to event consider sitting outside
We didn't use the internet because you had to pay for a cable conection... and a lady at the check in counter was complaining that her's it didn't work... and that nobody came to fix it in 2 days...

This is quite a nice hotel up in the mountains. Basically very suitable to be used e.g. during sports trips. Our group consisted of 9 persons. We stayed at the hotel for three nights (July 2013). However, the water boiler in our appartment was not working, being out of order for one third of our stay (only ice cold water available). We actively tried to get some solution to the problem e.g. keys to another room or to a spa being on the very same corridor! Some of us had three sports occasions without washing in two days... No one was willing to discuss e.g. price reductions. As we left we were given an e-mail address to continue the negotiations. But no one ever bothered to answer them. The staff could have easily done "something" since this happened to us during the first night of our stay.
