Oana Ion 16/08/2016 22:36I consider the hotel modest as you do not feel the three stars in the facilities (no water, no bathgel in the rooms) although the food is ok and staff seems nice. Extra fee for airconditioning has to be payed. Had difficulties with the parking place of the hotel as we found the windshield of the car broken and the reaction of the hotel director was offensive; she suggested that we came with the affected winshield from home. I do not know if this kind of reaction is proper for a hotel manager when she is handling a situation with her guests. No support in managing the situation or in direct communication.

Constantin Con 16/08/2016 08:11The most disappointing holiday! In this hotel you do not have the basic rights of guests or the rights of European citizens. You are just some people who paid very dearly some modest service and complaints are ignored. I found broken windshield of the car in the hotel car park that should have video surveillance. They said I came from Romania with windscreen broken and refused to check the video on the grounds that those cameras are only filming, not recording. The language barrier is incredible and I cannot communicate with the hotel staff or the police in English. A terrible experience that I have to forget quickly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Slavica240on 13/11/2014 00:50The hotel is located near the spa, close to town in a quiet park environment. Sleeping great. breakfast buffet excellent, the staff friendly. Mr. Laci was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and bright, with a TV and fridge. We were in November, heating is good. Djula is a beautiful place with good spa, and nearby (about 50 km) there are two more good spa Orosházi and Mako,so that the hotel can be a starting point for touring around. We highly recommend it and I will certainly be coming back here again.
Low price, low service
maarkuson 15/12/2013 21:01This hotel can be booked in this period very good price, compared to value (less than 50 € / 2 days / 2 people), but who require a high level of services, do not choose this hotel! The rooms are clean, the staff is willing, but the furniture is simple, poor, and have to renovate, there is virtually no service. This hotel is less than a 3-star level! The breakfast buffet in nature, but they can not keep warm, often in small doses, therefore, can replace the weight loss.
Parking is € 2.5 / day. The parking lot is the garden, but freely accessible to anyone from the street. (Parking machines are everywhere in the streets, but had to find a car near the hotel). The Castle Spa winter entrance is 400 meters from the hotel. In the vicinity one can find several restaurants.

Leni Fon 03/10/2013 21:32The hotel is very nice and clean, not very fancy, but you just feel comfortable. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is parking in the back yard (costs 800Forint/day). The thermal baths are across the road, which is very convenient, and tickets can be bought from the reception (if you buy them from the reception, you can leave the baths and return later that day, if you buy them at the bath's desk you can't leave and return later that day). Breakfast was simple yet good. We also had dinner, wich was delicious and very good value (1500Forint/person = 5euro): soup+main dish+dessert. There's a pool table free of charge to use in the lobby.
