Noisy and weird bedding.

The sheets did not cover the mattress! We had lots of car noise and noise from the restaurant on our first floor room. Sadly the management isn't taking notice of the little things... I counted at least 10 light globes put in the reception and restaurant.

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life. And I have been in many countries around the world and MANY hotels! They do NOT clean the rooms... like EVER. First of all, there were really bad cigarette smoke smell in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room! There were cigarette ash on the floor!!! And huge dust on the shelf. The food was really good though in their restaurant. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

A legrosszabb hotel, amiben életemben jártam. Pedig már jó pár országban és jó pár hotelben voltam! Egyáltalán nem takarítják a szobákat. Iszonyatos cigi füst szag vol a NEMDOHÁNYZÓ szobában, a földön hamu, a polcon vastag por a poharak körül. A kaja nagyon jó volt az étteremben, de senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a hotelt!

This hotel is in a quiet part of the town not far from the castle. We had two lunches and one dinner at this hotel. The food was simple but good. There was soda water in a siphon on the tables. It comes with a little plug in the spout and if you don't remove this before pressing the handle then you'll squirt yourself and others at the table (which I did!). If you don't like fizzy water then ask for a jug of still water. The service was a bit random and quite slow. They ask which dish you'd like then often bring a different dish. However the waiters did speak English so it wasn't too hard to get it corrected. My favourite dishes were chicken soup and an excellent beef dish with polenta.

The hotel staff spoke English well and were helpful. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Great hotel for the weekend--sightseeing and wine tasting! The breakfast was also good! The hotel is well located--about 5-10 minute walk to city center. And there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars just down the street

This an ideally located three-star hotel, with a surprisingly good reastaurant, average rooms, below average breakfast and above average service. It is good quality for your money, as the hotel is great base camp for exploring the castle and downtown area. Free on-site parking is available.
During our short stay the staff was very helpful and efficient -before leaving we noticed a major shipment of fresh "porcini" mushroom stacked at the backdoor of the kitchen and after a kind inquiry, they were happy to give us 3 large pieces as a present,
It would be nice if they had a wellness area or some more on-site activities - though a wide array of both bathing and entertainment options are available within 400 metersin town.
In summary: I recommend it, as the value for price ratio is quite good.
