Amazing Place
Stutikumar14on 09/07/2017 11:51We completely loved our stay here. We stayed only for 1 night and wish we had more time to spend there. It was a 15 minutes walk to the train station and a 20 to 30 minutes walk to the Realtor bridge and the San Marco area. The room was spacious and neat. Theresa was a wonderful host. She asked us what we would like for breakfast and sent our breakfast to our room at the time we had mentioned. Breakfast was amazing as well, fresh coffee orange juice and croissants. Great value for money and would definitely stay there again.
Wonderful place to stay in Venice
KonHolidayon 22/06/2017 14:56I stayed here for one night and would loved to have stayed longer. Theresa is just lovely. My room was palatial (surprisingly so for Venice) and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, tasty and served at the table setting in my room. The price/value for Venice is excellent. The location is handy to the train and bus stations though I chose to use the airport transfer boat just around the corner so I didn't have to walk through the crowds with my luggage in the middle of the day. The location on a main thoroughfare also makes it easy to find in a place that is so easy to get lost in.

Christina Fon 02/06/2017 22:39Only in Venice for one night this time so we needed somewhere not too expensive and close-ish to the train station so we could quickly drop our bags off and explore the city. This fit the bill perfectly and the owner was lovely too. Breakfast was very Italian so not to my liking but my partner loved it (sweet pastries, assorted jams, etc).

Running_Hon 10/04/2017 23:01Very pleased I decided to stay here. The room was a decent size, good bathroom, comfortable beds, clean and generally comfortable. Great location in Canareggio, on a popular street, but not disturbed by noise, even on Saturday night. Although if you are a light sleeper then you could request one of the rooms which opens onto an interior courtyard. Best of all the sisters who run the establishment were super friendly.

Teresa1462on 29/10/2016 16:17The room was large with character. Large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. The host, Theresa are helpful and very kind. Made us feel welcomed. She served us breakfast every morning in our room.
Great location, close to train station and to all of the attractions.
