All aspects of the stay were good, clean rooms, prompt service, nice buffet breakfast.
Just the wifi connectivity is really poor and that is the only disappointment in this otherwise really good place

Everything was ok before rat appears

I faced with very unpleasant think. When I came back to my room I saw the rat in my bathroom. I called house keeping and was moved to another room. In the next day I checked out and relocate another hotel.
Saying about room I can mention that room was clear enough, but without view from the windows. Breakfast is too simple.

I have been travelling to Pune quite frequently from 2015 and I always preferred to stay at AR suites whenever my company does the booking. The primary reason is because it is close to my office and the rooms are excellent. The Wi-Fi connectivity has also improved drastically which is really good.

Staff was kind. Room service was good. Rooms were kept clean. Food quality was good at the restaurant. Environment was quiet place to relax. It had all the amenities in kitchen as well as in the room.

Must stay in this suite , great hospitality and money worth

Food quality is good and average taste

Front desk is more helpful and they will respond more for any kind of problems we raised
