What People are saying

"Great stay at Arabelle"

JanaChiccon 02/05/2017 22:55

The price is good for a decent stay. The room was okay. No towel or other toiletries besides from a pair or shampoo/soap and tissue. No towel.
I booked 2 nights but our room "toiletries" was not refilled nor room was not cleaned up.
They also have a pool but we were not able to swim due to time constraints. The food was okay as well as the service.
Not sure if this is handicapped friendly since I did not see any elevators from my stay.
Staff are all friendly. I just feel aloof going out of the hotel in midnight, the front desk ladies and the guard are sleeping on the lobby. I feel like I disturbed them from their sleep, on the other hand, It seems like why are they sleeping on shift or schedule. :) LOL

PS: If you will order food from Jolibee or other fast food, make sure you order them early. They closes at 9PM. The only 24 hours available is McDonald, but no delivery.

Anyway, It was a great stay and worth your money!

Not good - Not bad

The staf was really kind and available for help. Room are clean. Air conditioning available. Free WiFi sistem but very complicated to use with single day password. No hairdryer in room. No blinds available on windows.

Acessible Location and Accommodating Staff

We were here twice for a business trip. The location is the best as it is near the airport. Food options is also not an issue given that most of the recommended places to eat in Tagbilaran is only a tricycle ride away. The malls are around 10 minutes away by tricycle.
The rooms are newly renovated and better than it was a year ago. The Arabelle room is spacious and can accommodate 6 persons in my opinion. The lighting and air conditioning is good as well. The linens are comfortable and clean as well. Bathroom essentials are okay. The standard soap, shampoo and tissue is provided everyday. The food is okay - not bad but nothing special either. The pool is okay though it would be better if it was heated. The wifi can get an upgrade for faster internet connection.
The staff are very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Be it room service to van rentals, good service is provided.
I would recommend it to anyone staying in Bohol for a short or week long trips.

Bad hotel....

We Stayed here for 2 nights, we came from Cebu.. We took a ferry going to tagbilaran, i already advised the hotel about our arrival, for they have free transfer. We waited for 30mins upon the arrival of the service, the staff that fetched us, didnt even welcomed us..when we arrived at the hotel, the facade looks clean, and ok. the bed is ok, though the very bad part of it is the cr..it has a very bad smell. They only sprayed lysol, still the awful smell was there, we didnt even bother to use the shower, super dirty. And on our last night my husband saw a mouse in our room. Over al.... Super bad experience..

You Get What You Pay For

My partner and I needed a quick place to stay that was close to the airport as our flight left at 8:45am the following morning. It was $24 which isn't bad but there were some things I didn't care for. The facilities were bad. The hardware in the bathroom was rusted and corroded. I was afraid to touch the fixtures for fear of getting rust poisoning. The complements such as the soap were very cheap and dried out mine and my partner's skin. There was too much chlorine in the pool so it really irritated my skin. My first room had ants in it so I had to be transferred to another room. Also there are no elevators which was bad since I have a bad knee and my bag was heavy. In short I got what I paid for I guess.

Good: Free wifi throughout the hotel, Close to the airport with free transfers, Good price, Spacious room, Hot water, Free breakfast

Bad: Rusted and corroded bathroom hardware, Insect problem, No elevators (a deal breaker had I known), Cheap compliments
