Giuseppe Fon 28/06/2017 22:22During my stay there was an elevator broken and then two out of 3. Very long wait to up or down. Air conditioning doesn't work, very hot in the 1st floor restaurant. Poor quality of food. The rooms are large and clean.

On the eleventh floor.
Although the city Sahl is located " in a hole" there is a beautiful view.
Restaurant and breakfast on the top floor.
Prices are ok.
There is a garage nearby.
The hotel pays for the parking.

loulefoodie2on 22/06/2015 18:20Good basic hotel for the price charged, only problem was we had not hot water for the first night and morning as they had a problem with the boiler!
Very few staff about in the morning and hotel is very quite,
Beds are a bit small I am 6.3 and my feet stick out the bottom of the quilt!!
Car parking and great access so over all a good hotel

Cobus Bon 31/05/2014 18:30We stayed at the Arcadia Hotel in Suhl as part of a shooting team during the ISSF Junior World Cup. Part of the service offered to us was breakfast and dinner daily. Our rooms were clean and ready on arrival although we only checked in at about six pm. The staff was friendly and eager to assist where possible. Dinner and breakfast was part of our package but after six days the repetitive breakfast was a bit much. Dinner was ok considering there were many other teams with the same packages. The hotel is located very centrally and most activities are within walking distance. Everything is closed on a Sunday which makes it a bit difficult.. I prefer a harder beds and the one at Arcadia was very soft. It is also a pity that you cannot control the room air conditioning and the window could not fully open.
Suhl. A very good hotel.
Marcin Oon 17/02/2014 16:43The rooms are comfortable and clean, with very nice views. The restaurant on the 16th floor has a particularly nice view of the whole valley, where Suhl is situated. On several occasions I witnessed genuine kindness and helpfulness from the staff. The hotel is adjacent to a large public swimming pool - it's worth checking out if you want to experience some facets of the German social cohesion (by which I mean, how people behave and remain civil in a crowded pool and how they like to spend time together doing water fitness exercises)
