This was our third visit great hotel ,friendly staff, and peacefull location even though it's close to motorway. Good value restaurants in Llanes 30 minute walk away or more expensive restaurant down quiet lane and across the main road into town.we'll be back soon.

Beware hidden breakfast and laundry charges!
Tom Fon 11/09/2016 09:41Overall the hotel was good and set in well-kept, pretty grounds. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a main road and behind a motorway. We had no fan or air-conditioning in our room, so had to have the window open to stay cool, resulting in poor sleep quality.
When we checked out, we were presented with a bill for breakfast (8euros per person, per day), which I have personally never seen in a hotel, especially for a continental breakfast buffet. We were not informed of this charge until we checked out, and to be fair, it was certainly not worth the money. Had we have known, we would not have eaten breakfast at the hotel as the selection was limited and the freshness dubious at best. The hotel also did some washing for us, and again we were charged (15 euros) when we checked out, which was steep to say the least.

Our room was immaculate and well furnished; absolutely clean everywhere and the staff incredibly friendly and available for any question or need. Breakfasts offered a huge choice. The gardens where you could sit were immaculately kept and the owners encouraged you to enjoy them.
Nice large apartment in a quiet place
Miryam Son 30/08/2016 12:11Its a ten minute walk to the centre of Llanes but the quietness of the spot and the apartments are worth it. Apartement was largem and the beds and pillows wonderfull. There is a large supermanrket just across the street. And your dog is welcome, which is somethig unusual in Spain.

williewilcockon 10/04/2016 14:07Family run hotel and you can tell we wanted a little advice about Llanes and our host could not have been more informative. Its a great little town for a stop over. Our room was large warm had everything that you could want plus secure parking, say no more. They have done a great job blending the historical old property and the new accommodation so you have the privacy of your rooms and the wonderful old world of the breakfast and restaurant. Delightful
