marco don 09/03/2017 21:44You can find a fantastic landscape close the center of Arco's city when you lodging at the Arciduca Charming House. It's a peaceful place with very confortable and tidy rooms.
I was there for only one day and it was a pity.......
The owner, mister Uberto is very polite .

The person taking care of the place is every were and he keeps the place spotless.Parking is very large and comfi. If you are around Arco and need a place to sleep at don't hesitate to book at the B&B

Toneijon 18/08/2016 15:08WHAT-A-PLACE!! We have been to quiet a lot of places, but this place is by far one of the best.
I could use the standard words to describe this great b&b, it would all come down to: ‘’great, perfect and wonderful’’.
The b&b is situated in an ancient villa and perfectly restored, beautifully kept from the outside and inside decorated to a very high standard and last but not least very clean.
The host (Umberto) does everything to make your stay a perfect one and is oh so helpful, nothing seems to be too much.
Due to walking difficulties of my partner we asked for an obstacle free room and we got one!
The room was huge, a large and comfortable bed and I believe it is called a sofa-bed and a very large bathroom, where there was plenty of space for a wheelchair, the room was a bit more expensive, but believe me worth every cent (or penny).
A lift brought us comfortably to the third floor in this case, all floors are accessible by lift.
Breakfast can be enjoyed inside or outside on the terrace overlooking a wonderful kept garden, where one can also sit and relax in. If you are looking for rechauds where they keep some rubbery scrambled eggs or fatty bacon or weak sausages you are in the wrong place. Here you get an honest hearty breakfast with more than enough choices without the ‘’fat stuff’’. Which we prefer.
In the afternoon my partner needs a little lay down in the room, so I did relax for some time each day in the garden, which was so very quiet and peaceful. Although the b&b is just a stone throw away from the lovely village of Arco, where one can find many nice restaurants to choose from.
We fiercely recommend a stay there and we cannot thank Umberto enough for his services and we will certainly visit again.

bbinderon 10/07/2016 08:53My wife and I spent three nights here. I had read a long list of very favourable reviews for the Charming House so my expectations were pretty high. They were fully met. Although our room was a little on the small side it was well equipped, amazingly clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was polite, agreeable and helpful. The garden in the back of the house was nothing short or spectacular. For the price this place was a real bargain. My single biggest surprise was the town of Arco itself. It was lovely and quiet after the tourist rushes of towns on the shores of Lago di Garda.

mattmifon 09/05/2016 21:29I went to Arco for a Bonsai Exhibition and my stay was at Arciduca Charming House .My first impression was WOW everything you see and touch was in perfect condition as new .Very impressively clean and not even a spot .the rooms were very very clean and good size .The person that was managing this place was very nice and always running here and there keeping this house tidy and in perfect condition . Breakfast was 10 out of 10 freshly baked bread every day and this was prepared by Mr.Superman do it all and perfect .If you are visiting Arco Italy do not hesitate to book at this Hotel .Very impressed .
