A below average hotel

Gon 07/12/2015 14:04The hotel has a good location since it is near to most of the establishments (pharmacy,resto, bars etc.), but If you're planning to spend a worthy vacation in Palawan, just skip this hotel. Some facilities of the hotel are dirty and not anymore efficient but what I like in this hotel is the warm service of the staff especially those in the f.o. I recommend a total restoration for this hotel and their complementary breakfast really needs improvement.

Art Con 10/07/2015 10:02The hotel is in the main road. All the staff and the employees are very nice and accommodating. They even allow us to take a shower after our Underground River tour even though we check out early due to our tour. They even brought us to the airport for our flight back to Manila. The hotel have a good internet connection and they also provide breakfast for their guests. Recommended good place to stay in Puerto Princesa.

SHRMEGUELIAon 01/07/2015 06:30We were here last May 7, 2015 with my family...a stop over before heading to Quezon, Palawan the next morning.
Staff were very accommodating.
Room just enough for us , 2 adults and 2 kids.
I don't like their bathroom because whenever you use it, the water in the bathroom floor will flow in to the room...they should put some barrier on it.
They don't have Generator.
When we request that our breakfast will be serve earlier, they refused because it should served starting at 6 am, according to their rules...and so we didn't able to avail it, sadly...
Summary; It is only good for a short stay or stopover, but for a long time stay, i would suggest to look for other INN/hotel in PPS.

armiroxason 21/03/2015 06:33The hotel may not be awesome looking outside or inside but our stay here was comfy,peaceful and relaxing. The staff are all ready to assist, couteous and honest. We look forwars to another trip to palawan and of course we'l dehfinitely stay in this hotel again.
