A great place to stay
KaceyNorfolkon 28/06/2017 19:16My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed. It was very conveniently located for Mauchline centre, close to Poosie Nancy's, the churchyard and other Burns related premises. Una was friendly and helpful and our first floor room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent and the cooked breakfast delicious. We will definitely make this our preferred base for future visits to Ayrshire.
A wonderful place to stay
jbullock2017on 22/04/2017 12:31It was a real treat to stay here. I was working at Ayr racecourse and I was struggling for somewhere to stay, I came across Ardwell B&B and I was so pleased that I did! The owners are so friendly and the rooms are really comfortable, clean and spacious. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The only major disappointment for me was that I had to leave very early the next morning and so could not enjoy the breakfast!! But even then I was kindly offered something to take with me. I will definitely be returning the next time I am here. Thankyou for a really enjoyable stay. James

rachfoley1510on 16/04/2017 21:33Stayed here for a night as was attending a party at Ballochmyle golf club, was only 1.5miles away so was extremely handy.
Rooms were spacious and had ensuite bathrooms.
On arrival was provided with tea and pancakes/biscuits which were very much appreciated after a 4h journey to get there.
Breakfast was a selection of cereals, fruits and then a full Scottish breakfast using local produce, it tasted wonderful and we weren't fit for our lunch later!
Owners Una and Morton were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.
However if you have a problem getting up stairs then this is not the place for you.

He was very friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning, nice and fresh very clean and tidy there were no faults. This B&B is a home from home and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to spend a few nights in Mauchline tyensurrounding areas. The full breakfast was cooked to perfection all round a 5* service. My wife and I intend to stay again in the near future. An exceptional find for a very fair price. "Honest hard working people" was our taxi drivers opinion on the owners, and he was correct. Thank you for our lovely stay!

Jon Son 26/09/2016 09:53Stayed here on the 24th of September 2016 for 1 night - lovely big room, very friendly hosts in Una and Morton - fabulous breakfast - plenty of bars and restaurants in the village to keep you amused of an evening - we will definitely be back! Highly recommend
