Just spent 10 days here. We had a really lovely time. I found the room basic but clean. Beds very comfortable & big. The outside area round the pool was spotless they cleaned it every day thoroughly. Loungers are chained up so no reserving beds which for us was good as I hate being up at the crack of dawn just to get one. One day we struggled to get some but they found us some that needed repairing & did this for us & brought them out. The staff here are brilliant. Food was good something for everyone. We ate out in the evening anyway which is what we like to do. Only down side is the evening entertainment room which is indoors & very hot & not very good entertainment. Janet who runs the bar is so welcoming & professional. She literally has that bar gleaming every night. We would certainly go back.

Average food and entertainment

The hotel is clean and modern. The pool area is not big enough for the amount of apartments. On our arrival day the large pool was closed and remained closed for the following two days. Which was very disappointing, but didn't stop people queuing up for sun beds each day from 9am and claiming there spot around the pool. Once the beds were unchained and people helped themselves, you would be unable to find or have a space around the pool if you didn't claim a bed ( if you were able too) as soon as they are unchained.
The food was very much the same each evening and not much choice. Breakfast had the best choice available.
It was a nice walkable distance from the beaches and main strip of restaurants and shops.
Staff were pleasant enough. When I mentioned the fridge or hairdryer didn't work in my room they said thank you.

Great hotel and location!

July 15th myself, my husband, my cousin and my best friend arrived here at arena beach. The staff were so helpful and lovely, big shout out to CONRAD, he made the holiday so fun and was always encouraging guests to games and other fun activities. The food was okay, there was a different variety everyday.
The entertainment in the evenings was good some nights but not very good on other nights.
Overall we had a fantastic week here at arena and will defiantly return!

Best All Inclusive Ive ever been to.

Had a brilliant family holiday here. I was really worried before we went as I had panic blind booked through an agent over the phone in May, then looked up the hotel/resort and see that it was recommended for couples, and then noticed it had a sister hotel called Arena Beach Hotel that was recommended for families. So, I tried to swap but to do so, a large surcharge was required, so I left it. So glad I did. We spent a day at Arena Beach as you can use the all-inclusive there. It was good however it didn’t have the personal touch that Arena Suite has. At Arena suite, it feels like everything is at your fingertips. There’s a little pool for the kids and two large pools, one is salt water and one is fresh. I actually preferred the salt one as it felt warm. The pool bar is great, Adrianna is the best. Never any ques for drinks, even at the main bar in the evening never waiting for a drink for more than a min. The girl there was great as well, she would memories your drinks and have them ready for you, can’t remember her name but she reminded me of the sniper out of ‘saving private Ryan’ (in a girl way) the beer is San Miguel and its on tap to help yourself, so are all the soft drinks. The entertainment was varied, best nights were ‘boy’s n girls’ (good fun) and Reggie night. Darts, ping pong, volley ball etc. during the day. Rooms were large and clean, had a TV with a few English channels. Little fridge thing and air con. I couldn’t work out how to turn mine on, and a handy man came within two mins of me phoning up reception. The dining room was good and so was the choice of food, never once did we struggle with finding something nice to eat. Also, another bonus was the snacks. All the all-inclusive I’ve been on before bring snacks out buffet style were as here, the pool bar cooked them to order, burgers and toasties and the likes. I’ve never stayed at a 4-star hotel before, so can’t compare, however I have been to lots of 3 star all-inclusive and this is the best by far. I have never been one to go back to places I have stayed before, however, if Arena suite came up as a good deal I would have no hesitation to book it again.
Ps: Never once did we not get a sun bed, and that’s without having to getting up at 7am to put a towel down!
