Hard to fault
Nick Don 29/06/2017 17:01I stayed here as part of a group travelling by motorcycle and was immediately impressed with both the hotel and the organisation of the staff who directed us to an underground garage for secure parking which had an access lift directly to the annex we were staying in.
Lovely clean rooms with views, free WiFi and drinks in a common area fridge paid for by writing your room number on a sheet of paper and squaring up the next day.
Good breakfast and easy checkout.

Great hotel to stay in if you are in Flims!
cct8799on 25/06/2017 03:31Traveled through Flims on a motorcycle and decided to stay here for the night. Great location as it is between Furka Pass and Splugen Pass by way of 19. The town is a bit expensive but it is a mountain town so that is sort of expected. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The economy room was plenty large and had a great wrap around balcony.
If you are on a motorcycle they have secure garage parking that is locked overnight but can be accessed by your room/hotel key.
I would definitely recommend staying here if in Flims.
perfect overall experiece

a few meters away from the bus station. It has a pool table a bar a restaurant and for those interested a club. Hope to return
Great option right by the ski lifts
JJ_TravelExpresson 31/01/2017 16:34We chose Arena Lodge because if its location. Check in was swift, front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a room on the third floor, it was simple and very clean.
Breakfast was rather chaotic, there were not enough staff to handle the flow of people. Food was not refilled and tables were left uncleared.
If you want to dine in the restaurant in the evening it's best to book in advance. We were turned away by a rather rude waitress.
Overall it was a great stay despite the minor hiccups.
Simple reasonably priced rooms with very friendly front desk
JxRxon 29/08/2016 08:51Stayed here two nights and was made to feel VERY welcome by the ladies at the front desk and they answered all my bike questions and really helped to make my stay more pleasant. Rooms are simple but clean and very well priced (in summer, don't know about winter). Bike room is small but still managed to fit quite a few bikes in there and it is secure. Perfect location to walk across the road to the lift to do the Runca trail and only a short (few kms) ride to Laax for more trails. Not too much parking so check in advance. Breakfast wise was small choice - would have been happy to pay more for say bacon and fried eggs if I could, but fresh and nice selection of what was there.
