Neat and clean but don't eat there

I've had to stay there for one night; and the prices are very acceptable for such neat and big rooms... BUT all was ruined when i decided to eat. Do NOT order food there and especially not into your room. Enjoy your stay with the clean rooms but if you get too hungry, grab a bite from the closest restaurant, not from their kitchen. Good luck.

A 3 Star hotel with a 4 Star rooms. The rooms are nice and clean although the towels in the bathroom are not so new but its clean. Breakfast is serve at 6:00 am which is good if you want to travel early since going to Petra will take you about 3-4 hrs drive by Bus at an average speed of 80kph. The hotel is near restaurant if you want to eat outside there is also convenient store around the corner. The Hotel is near citadel and the old roman amphitheater about 3JD if you take a taxi. The hotel have a pool on the roof deck with a very spectacular view. It has business area, gym and sauna.

good for relaxing and day tours, not for Amman sight seeing

A good hotel, with reasonable rates. Rooms are specious and so are the washrooms. Good choice, if u are not planning to do sight seeing in Amman on the following day, and are planning to do a day trip to another city (i.e. Jerash / Madaba / Deadsea / Azraq etc). However, if u are planning to explore Amman, this is not a base camp. Almost everything in Amman which is of touristic interest (i.e. Roman theatre, citadel, museum, rainbow street etc.) is far from here.

Decent hotel with a few problems

At first sight I would have given the hotel 4 *, but after using the room (which is really big) and the bathroom, the assessment dropped to 3*, because the blow dryer from the bathroom didn’t work, also the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work, and the receptionist didn’t bring us the adaptor for the socket.

Good room, but aircon not working

I think only in my room that the aircon is not working, my family in other room said it works..

Breakfast and dinner so so, not that great..

The shop in the ground floor was the best!! Cheap and good and nice tenant..
