Convenient hotel for consulate visit

I stayed only one night for a consulate visit and chose the hotel because of its proximity to it. I had a decent stay and it was really nice not having to take any public transport to the consulate because it is in walking distance. The room itself was in the basement, which I found strange at first, but it was nicely furnished - probably recently redone - and comfortable despite being located in the cellar basically. The bathroom was spacious and had a heated towel holder, which was nice. It had a large TV, although the remote was nowhere to be found. The blow dryer in the bathroom didnt work, but upon request I was given a replacement. The floor was super dusty, which shouldnt happen. The breakfast was also not that great: not the biggest selection and the one fruit salad available at 7 am had already gone bad, so if you can avoid eating there, I would recommend that. Wifi is available throughout, but you have to reconnect after even 2 minutes of inactivity, which is really annoying in the age of smartphones. All in all its a comfortable place to stay before a consulate visit, but it wasnt overwhelming.

Close to the US embassy, clean and beautiful room

This hotel is really close to the US embassy. Their room is clean and beautiful and tall, I found it spacious others might disagree. I saw comments about the noises outside I found the noise level fine if you close the window. The shower is not big but its very decent. The wifi is customized and really quick. The downside is that you have to type in password for multiple times sting your stay. It is a bit difficult to find food places and grocery stores nearby other than a convenient store in the gas station 15 mins walk away from the hotel. But you can get some snacks at the reception. There was only one receptionist when we visited without any escorts or security. But the hotel itself is quite safe.

Traditional comfortable, but noisy, German hotel

I spent three days here in conjunction with the major trade show. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the temperatures were warm so my room was too. Opening the window to help keep the temperature down brings in a significant amount of road noise. Breakfast was a bit sparse as well. But, then again so are most charming hotels in comparison to our spoiled standards in the United States. If you're staying when temperatures are cool I'm sure it is lovely.

Very Welcoming and close to the Center

A historic villa converter to a hotel and located near the US Consulate (approx 10 minute walk)
The front desk staff was very helpful and assisted us with restaurant information and directions of the surrounding area. Free Wifi that is fast and reliable and a very good breakfast.
The premises are very clean and the rooms are comfortable.

Excellent Value

This is a comfortable and basic hotel, and a very good value for the price. It is right by the Wasserpark Tram stop so you can easily jump on this excellent public transportation. It is within a 10-15 minute walk of a number of restaurants. Also one block away from a grocery store and gas station. McDonalds is next door. The hotel offers a decent German breakfast each morning for an added cost. My bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The window in my room had a blind that would fully black out any light from coming in - very nice feature. There is no mini-fridge in the room and no coffee maker. The room is small with a TV, desk, wardrobe and bed. No frills, but very clean and comfortable for a great rate. The front desk staff all spoke great English and were very helpful in assisting me with public transportation and other questions about tourism in Frankfurt. Free Wifi that is fast and reliable. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
