Great stay - best in my entire NZ travel!
julietallbirdon 14/08/2017 12:03My host Graeme went above and beyond what I expected: took my bags up to my room, turned on lights and demonstrated features, picked up some take away, gave me a much needed glass of wine on the house and drove me to the station the next day!
The rooms were lovely and very clean and the bed was very comfy! There was real milk provided and the self serve tea/coffee was drinkable...
A heated towel rack in the bathroom was a nice touch.

HaweraNZon 10/08/2017 04:51I can't praise Graeme and his team enough for their warmth and assistance during a very difficult time for me. My husband was in hospital, and I had to find accommodation quickly. But also, because Hamilton was fully booked and although I had to change motels for one night, the team kept in contact with me to advise of cancellations, so I was able to have a wonderful three-night stay there. The rooms are perfect - well appointed, extremely comfortable - understated - just perfect for an otherwise difficult time. Perfectly located adjacent to Waikato Hospital - alleviated so much of the stress related to having a loved one in hospital. Everyone: thank you so much for making my stay just perfect. I can't thank you enough.
Great Service, Quality Facilities - I would highly recommend
Lynette Theron Mon 31/07/2017 00:20I was greeted on arrival by Graeme who was very friendly and welcoming, he showed me my room with little fuss - just enough so that I knew how everything worked but not to much so it was overkill. Everything in the room from the amenities to the linen were great quality, the heat pump work wonderfully to keep it at a perfect temperature and I had everything that I needed. I would be happy to stay there again.

on 26/07/2017 21:54Very well appointed motel units very warm and comfortable. Accomadating staff and mangament who went out out of there way to make us feel wecolme and also drove me to my hosital appointment. Have stayed previously and will again.
