Great hotel in the city

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights but I wish we could have stayed longer! It's very centrally located and just a couple blocks from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The hotel is easy to find but once you get into the inner courtyard it's a little unclear where to go because there are so many doors. Go through the passageway from the first courtyard into the second courtyard and on your left there is a gate. Next to the gate is a buzzer, use it to buzz the front desk to let you in.

The hotel is very modern and really nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and very clean and updated. We had a room with a jacuzzi and a sauna but we didn't get the chance to use either one. The bed was really comfortable though. And the hotel has snacks/happy hour from 5-7pm in the lobby, very nice touch! The breakfast is very nice and you have many choices, definitely something for everyone.

One complaint is that there was a lot of noise coming from the people living above our room (not part of this hotel). Not sure if anything can be done about that, but it was a bit distracting because there was a lot of banging and slamming of doors that we heard every night and every morning.

This hotel was in the perfect location within walking distance to everything. Secure and quiet location to escape to after long day exploring. Rooms were beautiful clean and modern. Lovely touches like chocolates on the pillow and free happy hour with drinks and nibbles. Staff were helpful and friendly (left purse in breakfast room and even delivered it to me on my room minutes later!) Options for late checkout and bag storage and organised an airport transfer as well. Breakfast lovely and typical Italian options to start the day. Would defiantly visit again!

Loved our stay at this hotel.
It was Very clean
Can't say enough about the Wonderful service
And there was a Bonus complimentary happy hour
Great breakfast
We were offered a welcome beer upon our arrival.
Will definitely return!

My elderly mother and myself stayed here for three days pre cruise. We used their driver to pick us up at the airport and it was well worth the 50 euros. Once at the hotel he alerted reception and they met us at the lift to take us to our room. Everyone we met were so helpful and cheerful.
I had booked the small duplex suite (with the bathroom upstairs) which may not have been best for my mum but we loved it! Plenty of room and we used the sofa upstairs to sit and eat a mini picnic.
The breakfast was amazing and always restocked. On the last day we worked out the little jugs with a straw were grapefruit juice! Loved the evening "happy hour" too.
For most people the attractions would be walkable but with my mum I bought a two day public transport pass which was great value and bus stops moments from the hotel entrance.
Thoroughly recommend.

Wow! What a friendly place to stay! The front desk staff is exceptionally accommodating. The hotel is in a convenient location—we were able to walk to both the Colosseum/Forum and Vatican City, although public transportation is also close by, along with lots of beautiful piazzas. The hotel is clean and modern inside, and our room had a pleasant and efficient layout, maximizing limited space. The breakfast buffet—again, wow! Plenty of meats, cheeses, and pastries. We and other guests were happily surprised to find the hotel offers a wine and snacks “happy hour” in its reception area every late afternoon. We enjoyed visiting with other travelers from all over the world.
