Worst Experience Ever| Highly Unhygenic | Inhospitable Staff and Manager

If you want to ruin your trip then you have to visit this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel on 25th of June 2017.This hotel was booked by our tour operator for a night’s stay.
We stayed there for 1 night and experienced the most horrifying night of our trip.
We reached the hotel at 1pm, even though the normal check in time was 11am , they had still not kept our rooms ready. We were asked to wait till 2pm in the waiting area.
We proceeded for lunch at 2.30pm , the lunch was pretty good and till that time we had a decent experience of the hotel.
We had a package of one night stay along with Breakfast and either Lunch or Dinner.
The horror show started after evening. After returning to the room we found out that the fan was not working in the room. On pointing this out to the manager at 10pm, he said he will get back to us in 5-10 minutes. We were sitting and waiting for him to come back with the electrician. Finally he cae back around 12 and said he couldn’t find an electrician at this hour of the night and asked to spend one night in that room and he will arrange for another room the next day. He bluntly asked us to open the windows of the room and sleep. The room which was allotted to us shared a balcony with the room adjoining to us. If we opened the opened the window to our rooms the people staying in the next room could easily enter our room and access it. On pointing this out to the manager he addressed our concerns and asked us to wait for some time while he tried and arranged for a room. He allotted us a room right next to the kitchen. The room was extremely dirty and it was filled with foul smell. The manager at this point told us that this is the best which he could provide us at this hour. We decided to go back to our original room and were forced to spend a sleepless night there.
Next day for breakfast we were promised 2 south Indian dishes and American breakfast. After spending the sleepless night we hoped to have a decent meal and continue with our trip. We were served stale idli and sambhar. This tasteless and stale breakfast just added to our misery after spending the sleepless night. We called for the manager and he lied to our faces point blank and said that the food was prepared in the morning.
Overall , I cannot forget the night spent here. It is one of my most horrifying experiences till date. Most inhospitable manager. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid planning a stay at this hotel.

The service they provide, you cannot ask for more. Meals and the foods they provide are tasty and best quality. Room services are best. Staff is very cooperative. Views from the hotels are very much beautiful. Strongly Recommend guys !!

i was stay in Armaan inn suites at last week with my friends.its our frst Trip at Manali but it was too much awesome for us. there are good facility with fantastic views from hotel rooms. a one thing its outside from traffic and markets its very nice. there Don't have any traffic and pollution. natural views both sides of hotel.
hotel provide the good facilities​ and services, like from by house keeping department,service department,Front office department​. hotel provide good quality food with excellent hospitality.the staff very cooperative with guests.they always available for guest on call.there have beautiful and hygiene large rooms with lobby area and also have suprb views.
truly we are very happy.😊😊😊🙌👌👌👌👍👍👍

Average Hotel

Property is average lacking good service and cleanliness. Food served was average and cold. No centralized heater. and paid heater is less effective and they hire it from outside and make us pay on a daily basis.
