Absolutely lovely place really nice and people where great. it was so nice I felt that I couldn't eat in the room so had my dinner in my van. Parking was only on the road but was close by so no problem. There where plenty of shops and places to eat less than a mile away could not fault it

We spent two nights here and it was very comfortable stay. The room is done to a very high standard and fitted out very well with a quality ensuite for the room we had. There is plenty of on street free parking nearby and shops are just a ten minute walk away.Breakfast is included but only a continental and a full English cost us five pounds each for ours. We only had the continental on day two and it was just fine but I thought the Breakfast part of B&B meant a hearty full English was part of the deal but maybe those days are gone. It didn't spoil our stay and I would recommend it.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very clean guest house, nicely decorated and furnished and maintained to a high standard.
I stayed in the double room with a comfortable bed and nice on suite bathroom & shower.
Karolyn and Rick are very friendly and made me feel welcome.
If the opportunity comes, I will be back. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely 2 nights stay. The house is immaculate and furnished to a high standard. I stayed in the single room which was small and cosy but had some lovely touches, such as a selection of herbal teas.
My private bathroom was just down the corridor and had a lovely bath and shower. You'd perhaps struggle to stand under the shower comfortably if you're very tall though, but personally I was fine.
Breakfast was lovely on both days, full English with a selection of juices and cereals and served at a time that suited my schedule.
On the 1st night I had a glass of wine in my room and used the tumbler glass provided. This was obviously noted by the owners when cleaning my room, so the next night when I arrived back a wine glass had been left in my room. Very thoughtful!
I parked my car right outside the house and it's in a quiet residential road, so no issues there.
I liked the fact I was asked to remove my shoes before going upstairs, I thought this was common courtesy when you're invited into someone's lovely home and was happy to oblige.
Had a good chat with Karolyn before departing and found her to be very thoughtful and pleasant.
Would definitely stay again.

This B&B is situated on the north side of Aylesbury & not really within walking distance of the town centre. It is a clean & comfortable guest house with a good standard of fittings & decoration. The bedroom was clean & comfortable. Karolyn was friendly & helpful.
The only downsides were : no off street, secure parking; not a particularly attractive urban area; being asked to remove shoes before going upstairs; taking payment 48 hours before arriving; & warnings of costs for lost keys or blocking the toilet, I can only assume that they have had some bad experiences.
