ecemo2016on 23/02/2017 18:23Location is five minutes by food from Termini and in very nice district. Breakfast is very good and have so much thing. Room is very clean, really big more than enough and place is safety. Marco who is the owner is very kind and helpful. Good chosing for stay!

Eyeveaon 04/11/2015 14:19A few years ago, we had reserved a room at aRoma, and when hurricane Sandy came to the east coast of the U.S., we had to cancel. It was just 3 days before we were supposed to arrive at aRoma. Marco, didn't charge us a penny for the last minute cancellation. So, naturally, when we rescheduled the trip, 3 years later, we wanted to stay at aRoma. And we weren't disappointed. The place is just what we were looking for. The building is old and full of character. We stayed in the "Flowers: room which is actually two rooms. Great location in a great City and only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Termini. There are several restaurants in the area, and we didn't have a bad meal. I suggest you bring your own bar of soap or be prepared to buy one when you get there. There is handsoap at the sink, but nothing in the shower. Highly recommend.
Such a great pleasent hotel/apartment
maca0505on 06/05/2015 14:02Fiori apartment has very nice atmosphere with flower motives and nice little balcony to have breakfast on. Location is in between the Termini and Castro Pretorio metro station so you can reach any point in Rome easily. Some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Breakfast consists of stack of packed croissants, jam, tea, coffee, orange juice and fruit yogurt that is replenished daily.
This hotel is something between hotel and apartment. In the same building there are lot of small hotels like this one which are basically apartments modified to be small hotels, so this gives it some cosy atmosphere and you fell like home.
The only remark I have is about bathroom. There are no hangers in the bathroom to leave your clothes and towels. The shower is attached to the ceiling, so you have to be very careful if you do not want to get your hair wet.

It's an appartment in the old building converted in B&B. It would have been much better had the owner invested in his property. AC barely works and every 10 min creaks loudly for at least 40 sec. Shower cabin is very small and the shower head is fixed on the ceiling so you have to adjust water temperature from outside then get inside; the shower immediately getting your head wet and the water may get cold again. There is only hand soap, nothing else.
It's OK if you need spend a night near Termini, othewise look elsewhere.
Far better than a hotel, really nice experience
Jorge Gon 09/04/2013 18:19super clean, warm and cozy, the staff makes you feel in home, and the plus, a nice romantic terrace. What else can you ask? Is like have a nice real italian experience. The location is algo great, only 5 minutes from Termini and a couple of nice restaurants around. Totally recomended.
