Durham is a great halfway point for us to meet with friends from the North. We enjoyed everything about the Arrowhead Inn! The hosts were wonderful and the food was amazing. We especially recommend the Thursday night dinners they offer. The food, presentation and ambiance were top notch. The grounds and home are beautiful and we look forward to another stay!

We are Durham locals and parents, so when we left our kids with their aunt and headed to the Arrowhead for some quiet time. We stayed in the cottage and it was really lovely. King bed was comfy, soaking tub was lovely. Breakfast was really, really good: almond raspberry scones, ginger strawberries, egg, sausage, light salad.
Hosts were great. attentive without being intrusive. accommodating our brief stay and arranging massages for us in the room.
Can't wait to invent an excuse to go back and stay longer.

This place is magical! Phil and gloria are so welcoming and hospitable not to mention the meals phil makes will leave your stomach full, happy and wanting more. My husband and I came here on the night of our wedding and they rolled out the red carpet for us! The rooms are remarkable from the spa tubs, showers, fireplace and comfy bed. I would 100% recommend this place for a romantic getaway! We can't wait to go back

My wife and I stayed at the Arrowhead while attending a conference held there. What a wonderful place. The grounds are so beautiful. The food was incredible. Accommodations were spotless - and Phil and Gloria were fantastic hosts. Highly recommend!

This is first class B&B from arrival to departure. Comfortable and warm.
Great recommendations for visiting the area from events, walk or restaurants.
The "chef choice dinner " was done to perfection. We had the lamb but others were equally pleased with their choice. Breakfast was beautiful, delicious and innovative.
