Acceptable hotel
35changon 14/07/2017 12:42This hotel is previously called Art Hotel. Good location. This is a small hotel but has 3 different restaurants so you have 3 options for your 3 meals. The room is small but it is in the city and space is a premium. I need to point out that this hotel has a naturally heated onsen that guests can enjoy which is a plus. An average hotel at best.
Can be better
llleung1010on 03/07/2017 02:01Staff cannot speak very well English and not as friendly as those where we stayed during the same trip. The information which they provided us was not clear and staff were not enthusiastic to help. There was no shuttle provided by the hotel to airport as claimed in their information paper. It is advisable to go airport by JR. Although we made sure our room were very tidy before we left for sightseeing, cleaners did not clean our cups with our own tea bags and put a sign to us to show where we should put our slippers to their desired position. I might misunderstand the parking term when booked to this hotel as "free", actually parking cost is yen 1500 per 24 hours. Thought I should book into another hotel which is just opposite ours. Their parking lot is a lot bigger and more convenient as it is just right next to the subway station. Free wifi in room are a bit weak. However, their Japanese restaurant and the Terra are providing very delicious breakfast and food. Rooms and washrooms are comfortable and big. Location is still considered very convenient, around 5 minutes walk to the subway station.
Looks better on the outside than inside

Room was incredibly small with little walking space when luggage is opened. Carpet was stained, chair was stained... the only saving grace is that the bedsheets were clean and location close to food places and subway.
I will not return to this hotel.
Overrated Hotel
Felix Ton 08/06/2017 03:45Location is ok, 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to the city center. Very few staff can speak English, maybe because of most of their customers are Japanese local. The hot spring at level 3 is average compare to other hotels. Honestly, this premier hotel is not premier at all, even the Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station is better than this "Premier Hotel".
Location, Location!
John Fon 01/06/2017 14:13Quieter location yet only 3 minutes to the subway, and just three stations to Sapporo city. Enjoyed our stay, lounge in the room was great, and really good value without compromise. Recommended for value and comfort.
